Easy to book on line no issues

Price was very good. Also the guys changing the tyre were very efficient.

Very helpful attitude and efficient, contacted us when tyres arrived and on arrival moved quickly to get the job done.

Tyre Price is reasonable, Service is good and fast. But wheel alignment doesn’t provide any report. Not sure if it has been done.

Had two new tyres on my Toyota chr, they were very professional, friendly and fast. Would highly recommend to anyone 😊👍👍

I booked my motorhome in to just tyres in Bletchley for 5 new tyres, used my registration but had to add my tyre size as the option for my current sized tyres did not come up. I paid upfront and arrived at the garage to be told that they couldnt do it as the motorhome was too heavy (its 3.5 ton). The staff asked if i had used my registration number and i said i had but then needed to add my tyre size. They said this meant it would not be recognised as a motorhome, however it should still have flagged up as a van and maybe a question about weight would have been appropriate on the website. There was no problem getting the money refunded (£475) but i recieved an email saying it had been sent to my account and could take 5-7 working days to appear! Why is this? it doesnt take 5-7 working days to leave my account and get to theirs! Used Halfords in the end, still had to add my tyre size but i phoned the garage to check they could lift the van and they said website would have told me once they had the registration.

My daughter took her car in to Bletchley depot, thinking we had a tyre problem, to be told that there was an issue with the drive shaft and both front Con Arms. They offered to repair and I paid out nearly £900. 3 months later another noise was noticed so took it back to be told that all the work done was not actually done and some of the parts were still in the depot. The mechanic involved had left apparently. The new manager was helpful and wrote out the issue so that I could explain to the Head Office
I complained to them (HO), and initialy they did well to call me quickly and said they would investigate when we went back to have 2 new tyres. Since then, nothing. Despite several emails and a final warning before posting this review. I still dont know if we have been conned out of £900,( We know nothing about car mechanics) but at least try and resolve it by contacting me.
I have learned my lesson.. If its called Just Tyres, maybe that was the clue!

Cheap price but booking system is pointless.
I had booked my tyre fitting in for 9.30am which was the first appointment you could select online.
However I was left waiting for 45minutes. Very inconvenient.

Was totally ripped off. Will never use this company again. Or recommend this tyre company.

Great, knowledgeable staff. Easy to deal with and very conscientious. A competitive price once you go online but NOT until then.

Friendly staff, quick service.

Needed 2 Continental tyres for my wife’s car. These guys had the best price by far ( also were able to do a front wheel alignment at the same time ). Really friendly and efficient team in the Bletchley branch - in and out in 45 mins. Would certainly use them again and recommend.

Just Tyres Bletchley - Justin was very helpful over the phone, and then a few hours later when I went to the branch, the team were clearly a man down, but working at pace to keep multiple customers happy.
Great to see their professionalism whilst under loads of pressure.

All good, but wife asked if they could check a tyre for a puncture, but was just told that’s a separate job, which was fine but wasn’t interested in doing it. Not sure if this was because she was female.

Simple to order, turn up and wait, job done, no issues and easy.

Ordered on line, selected the date & time. Arrived early, got on with it and replaced the tyres no fuss. Excellent service.
