Just Tyres - Braintree Reviews

I have used my local Braintree, Essex Just Tyres for many years because: they are conveniently close; they just do tyres and are a lot cleaner than shops also doing exhausts, and, the service has always been professional, quick, efficient and reasonable value. Today’s visit was to change two front tyres. The team advised me of brake pad wear and some corrosion leading to difficulty releasing the in/out bolts for the wheel alignment. The paperwork was very complete and informative and completed without delay. So, another entirely satisfactory visit and I will return next time.
Just two observations concerning the premises. The translucent roof panels were obscured by green growth which, if cleaned, would let in daylight to the working area. Also, the row of lights illuminating the JUST TYRES signboard on the office were on in daytime, with some on, some off and one flickering. Both these minor issues detract from the otherwise professional appearance of the premises and are easy to fix.

Easy to order online and book my appointment, fitters were friendly and efficient and quick.

Rudest staff i ever encountered in my life

They still haven't fitted the tyres I purchased and was booked in to have fitted a week ago, seems when they last fitted my tyres they damaged the locking wheel nut so badly it can no longer be used, they were supposed to obtain a special tool that can be used instead and call me back to arrange new fitting date last week, heard nothing from them so called wnd of the week and promised to call back and didn't - awful service!

I received very professional & efficient service. An appointment had been booked in advance & the work was undertaken at the scheduled time. The only points I would make is that there was very little personal interaction. Simply 'drive in,the work is done, goodbye'. I also had cable ties on the hub caps & they weren't replaced.

Recently bought two new tyres. The guys that were working were really helpful and the tyres were fitted quickly.

I was also experiencing issues with one tyre. They investigated the problem and quickly identified the issue. Offered free and helpful advice on how to fix the problem. Rather than trying to sell me another tyre, they identified the issue and showed me the problem (which was the alloy). They managed to fix it temporarily so I could get the car home and contact alloy repair specialists.

I Definitely will use this company in the future.

All good no problems

The guys were very helpful and went the extra mile.

Quick , polite service

Bought and booked my tyres online and chose an appointment to suit myself, was seen to straight away and job done in specified time.
Fitters were polite, friendly and professional so I would happily use them next time.

Quick replacement of front tyres and not too pricey

Very fast and friendly, and extremely good value for money. I had to change my appointment and they did that without a fuss.

These people are always great. I use the Braintree branch. Today Adam removed a nail from my tyre and repaired it. Brilliant work in about 20 mins.

A brilliant team who get the job done well and swift at a good price. Now my go to tyre place.
