Fantastic service - urgently needed 2 new tyres in order to drive quite a distance home and Rob looked after us so well, an absolute diamond....... open on the bank holiday so so grateful. The service was brilliant. I couldn’t drop the car off during working hours so the fitter went that extra mile and collected it on his way past to work. The tyres were the cheapest with 5% NHS discount. The tracking was cheaper than 2 other companies. I’ll definitely use them again and I highly recommend just tyres.

Good couple of lads, did everything right. Watched them use the security socket with care so they didn’t mash the nut, then also watched the whole removal and fitting up to using the torque wrench to lock each and every bit. Definitely use again

The Not So Good:
Had to go home from the branch and order on line as the Manager unable to match website price!?
Website gave appointment time without reference to branch which because Manager was alone with n site was unable to be kept. This resulted in my being kept waiting over an hour and consequently stuck in rush traffic on journey home!?

Very understanding when I had to cancel my tyre change appointment because of a mechanical fault with the car!

Extremely helpful and attention to details. Repaired my punctured tyre even though my appointment was scheduled for next day.

Local garage in Cambridge broke locking nut in first visit. Did not have the tools to remove it so had to use and pay another service provider for this. After re arranging appointment arived but the person in charge told me that no booking was made. Eventually had my tyres fitted and allingment done but now there is a squeeking noise coming from the rear wheel. Would not use again.

Very good price and booking fitting was easy and on the day bang on time. Will be using them again.

Really simple and straightforward to get a new tyre purchased and replaced on my car.

The online booking was really simple; however try and double check the size of the tyre before purchasing. I got the wrong size, however Rob at the Cambridge shop was great in handling this situation. He was very friendly and professional throughout!

Ordred online for fitting at Cambridge. The only local fitter that could deal with a short turn round for the tyres I wanted. Tyres delived on time and work carried very efficeintly and promptly. Price was fantastic for premium tyres.

What I liked - two new tyres fitted on the rear of my MX-5 within 30 minutes. What I didn't like - both tyres had been inflated to 40psi (should be 29psi). I discovered this when I checked the pressures after a rather alarming ride on the M11 (the rear traction on the car was poor and the tyre pressure imbalance warning light came on). I'm slightly concerned that driving the tyres around at such a high pressure for almost a week may also have adversely affected their performance and durability. As I was charged full price for two premium tyres, I wasn't particularly impressed.

I was very impressed by the manager at the branch. He dealt with a customer who was misquoted for his tyres in a generous way, and rescued another customer when her car had a puncture. He then proceeded to go the extra mile to sort out her car.

As for my tyres: They were good value, fitted professionally and the wheel alignment was corrected as well.

The fitter at Cambridge boasted of 22 years experience in the trade and argued that MO tyres are Mercedes only. He pointedly refused to fit them to my BMW. For my 'safety' apparently. MO does not mean Merc only, it means Merc Original Equipment, and it is fully legal to fit them to any car make. The fitter insisted I ordered the wrong tyre. No I didn't. The fitter then tried to fit a lower spec, cheaper 91Y tyre when I ordered and paid for a 95Y. Under the radar, without telling me. Fraud is defined as wrongful deception intended to result in financial gain. After 5 days and 3 round trips I finally got the exact 95Y MO tyre I ordered fitted. Took 10 mins. In summary, don't listen to what these people say, watch what they do.
