I visited the Crawley branch in West Sussex today. I didn’t have an appointment but I had a flat tire and needed to get to work. I was fitted in to what was obviously a busy day. The staff was busy but welcoming and polite. I witnessed them deal with an agitated customers with professionalism and a calm manner. Better than I would have done!! Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend and visit again. Particularly would like to highlight one member of staff that was very high in energy and attentive to all his customers.

Booked car into have all 4 tyres done. Easy to book online with lots of available time slots. I used the £5 off per tyre discount code that made them the cheapest in the local area. Took about 45mins and then was on my way. Only issue was the air in the front 2 tyres was not quite enough for the rating of the car so made the tyre warning light appear on the drive home so just checked them and pumped them up to the right level and they are fine now.

He was a gentleman and very rude.

They treated me badly, and they didn't do their job properly because the next day the car didn't have air conditioning; I had to go to another shop.

I had a new tyre fitted today at Just Tyred in Cawley, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I booked online, I was promised several complimentary services, including a Free Front Brake Visual Health Check, Free Tyre Safety Check, and Free Battery Check. However, after the tyre was fitted, none of these services were completed. When I inquired about this, I was told that they weren't included in the quote and was directed to the garage next door.

Additionally, I questioned whether the balancing for my other wheels, which I had paid for, was even done. The overall disorganization in the garage left me frustrated. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

First time using Just Tyres and I was very happy with the service. Easy to use wevsite, to place the order and choose location and time. Very competitive prices will definitely use again.

Easy to book, great price, job done quickly

The price of the tyres were great but the service fitting them was not so great it took over 35 mins to fit 2 tyres as the guy was trying to do to many jobs at the same time, also trying to help another fitter.

My appointment was booked at 10.00am only to be told on arrival that it was at 10.30am ?
Just discovered the wrong size of has been fitted, car failed MOT, very disappointed they didn’t even check the size of the tyre before fitting it !

I missed my appointment for some new tyres but they kindly fitted me in the next morning.quick and professional.
