Quick and easy tyre change.

arrived way earlier before my appointment. My car been taken and all been done in 15 minutes. Amazing guys working there. Also been asked couple of questions i wasn’t sure, so they checked them selves.

I just had two new tyres fitted at the Crawley branch. Discounted prices including half price wheel alignment. Quick friendly service. Highly recommend.

Good price and easy to book a date and time for the tyre to be replaced. I arrived a few minutes early and they started straight away, about 10-15 minutes later I was on my way. A good experience.

First time I've been to Just Tyres. Booked in for a tyre replacement. Tyre was replaced and they advised the car's tracking was out by 4 degrees (which Google says is huuuge!) and would I like to pay £45 to have it fixed? Given the car had just been serviced a week before (including looking at the tyres) and there were no issues reported I politely declined. Driving home a few feet down the road a warning came up about a loss of pressure in the tyre that had just been replaced! I drove carefully home and put a pressure gauge on the tyre and it read 32 rather than the 38 it should have been...!

EDIT: Thanks for the reply. Emailed your customer support with the details six days ago and no reply. Emailed again today - still no reply...

I called the local centre who advised they didn’t have the required tyres but directed me to buy online with a suggested tyre brand and facility to book a suitable appointment.
This worked well and my tyres were fitted as expected. I was happy with the service.

Awful treatment, booked a fitting for 9:30 , received a text at 7:10, ‘ can you call centre please as i wont be able to do your car today as no staff thanks’
Rang them up, to receive the response ‘which one are you?!’
Explained situation and was unable to change to another appointment as only offered the next day and nothing else, told would get a refund but would take up to 7 days.
Rang customer services to be told they didn’t know the site closed for the day and they would call me back.
After speaking to them again was told only fitting single tyres for today and refused to honour my booking.
Almost a week later still no new tyres on my car and no money to get them.
Really screwed me over, bought budget tyres can’t afford to buy a new set before I actually get the refund back.

Great service, great friendly welcoming staff, no waiting around, reasonable price. Thus was the first time I'd been here so I'll be returning again when I need more tyres.

Very good, very fast service

Not only was it the best price I found for the 4 tyres but the team at Crawley were excellent. They were polite, knowledgable and efficient at their jobs. I had the 4 wheel alignment also done at the same time and I can say there is a definite improvement in handling, I will definitely use them again.

Turned up afer booking 3 days before hand only to be told they didnt have the tyres in stock. When i complained to the manager, he clearly didnt care and said it had nothing to do with him as it was booked online.
