Competent, friendly and a good price
They were ready for me at the appointed time, the job was completed quickly and competently and a slight confusion on my part was clearly explained with reference to their website. Also their price for replacing two tyres was about £40 less than for the same job at QuikFit. Well done guys and many thanks.

Good quick service.
It was easy to get an appointment on the same day. The technicians were helpful and got the puncture and wheel alignment sorted quickly, so quite happy. The cost seemed reasonable too.

Efficient Service
I always get good service at Leamington. This visit was no exception. Dropped the car off to have 2 tyres fitting and came back 20 minutes later and it was all done

Tyres didn't arrive.
I booked to have four tyres fitted, was contacted shortly before the appointment and told that two of the tyres were not at the depot but were 'on their way' - I agreed to wait until they informed me that they had arrived but later in the evening I was called and informed that the tyres were not on their way, wouldn't arrive that day, or the next, possibly the day after. I felt that they had been deceitful so asked to cancel the whole thing - on the positive side, I was refunded quickly.

Fantastic Experience – Highly Recommend
I had such a fantastic experience here today. The team were honest, reliable, and saw me quickly, dealing with everything in such a kind and professional way. As a woman, I often dread going to places like this because I’ve been treated poorly or spoken down to in the past, but that couldn’t be further from the case here. They communicated clearly, explained what needed doing without being patronising, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout.
It really should be the norm, but sadly it isn’t – which makes it all the more worth shouting about when you find somewhere that gets it right. The pricing was very reasonable too. Highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

If I could choose zero I would
If I could choose zero, I would. I spoke to JTL yesterday who took my tyre details and ordered me 2 new front tyres (as they didn’t keep the stock)and promised that they would be delivered today and fitted. “Just turn up in the afternoon and they’ll be ready” - perfect, I thought.
I was quoted for the pair and asked JTL to check when I last had them done via my number plate of which he said it was last September 2024. He didn’t ask for my contact details - but assumed that he had them as they would be attached to the last order which he found and would have.
I turned up today - someone ordered the wrong tyres and the team in Leamington Spa didn’t have my contact details to contact me to tell me that they had cocked up. I wasted a day holiday and I need to cancel my plans tomorrow to find an alternative supply.
Gross incompetence:
1. Ordered the wrong tyres
2. Didn’t ask for my contact details
3. Didn’t link my request to my details recorded last Sept
4. Failed to contact me today to prevent a wasted journey
I was impressed with the team last year, hence why I returned - not again. Awful service and not a team I can trust with my car.
