Amazing experience
Had my tyres fitted today, Harry, the owner, is a very honest person, very knowledgeable, his team works very efficiently and they have a great variety of tyres with quick delivery, I highly recommend Spa Tyres to everyone as I had an excellent impression of these hard working people!

Critical damage hidden during fitting for 12 months
After fitting PS4S’s to my M2, I had to return the next day as I had a slow puncture. Was ‘fixed’ and thought nothing of it. 12 months later I got a slow puncture again, replaced the tyre elsewhere and the fitted said that someone had ripped the inside wall of the tyre with the machine whilst it was originally fitted - no chance of this being done during use as no damage to the wheel. He said they Just Tyres had filled it with bead sealant to stop the slow puncture! So I’d been driving for 12 months on a really damaged tyre that could have blown. The competent tyre fitted I went to 12 months later said they couldn’t refit or pressurise the tyre as it would be so dangerous! After requesting some compensation from just tyres, I had one phone call and multiple ignored emails. Clearly not interested in helping me. Poor service and dangerous repair of their own damage clearly trying to avoid having to replace the tyre. Do not recommend.

I would like to again offer our reassurance as the tyre was fitted on 24th May 2023 and a slow puncture addressed almost immediately, we are confident that your tyre would not hold pressure for a year without going down if it was ripped originally by ourselves. As discussed we are happy to offer a discount off of future tyres as a gesture of goodwill and are sorry that you are disappointed with this. Reasonably efficient, although I was told they would ring me when my car was ready. They didn't. So I just returned to the garage to be told yes it's been done and is now parked on another street.

Highly recommend
I cannot fault this company at all! I went to the Leamington branch to have 2 front tyres fitted and they told me my wheels were buckled after an accident. They guided me to their Daventry branch and they fitted me in the same day (even though it was a few hours before closing) and everyone was so friendly! I then went back to the Leamington branch the following day to have the wheels aligned and they sorted it within half an hour! Highly recommend and will be back!
