would like to share what actually goes…
would like to share what actually goes on in this company as being a former employee, during my
"interview" the division manager was sniffing drugs in the back room with another employee, also told me to "rattle" the trackings basically bag spanner's under the car to make profit for the company and sell tyres to people that don't even need them including brakes again because there 100% profit l'm not a person to SCAM people I was always, honest with all my customers and had a good relationship with all my customers and they was upset to see me leave then I get put under investigation due to missing tyres in the centre but they never did a stock take then a previous employee got sacked for stealing so I lost my pay being put on hold I'm a family man I have a family to provide for and this company held my money with no evidence to prove that l'm not one to make reviews but I'm not letting my customers be scammed by this company there disgusting and a horrible company to work for the respect is non-existent and everyone in the company is in to get everybody sacked making up lies to get brownie points with the manager "WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY IS TO WORK FOR AND PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE " i worked behind the scenes where the customers don't see

Too many potholes!
This was the third tyre I have lost to the many potholes in British roads. At least I have installed Run-flats so do not have the problem of being stranded by the roadside. Just Tyres managed to locate a pair of replacement tyres for the front of my car and had them installed within 2 days ( even being able to straighten one of the wheels which had been bent during the event).

Lack on knowledge of operator and rude behaviour
I had my tryes fitted today in the just tyre centre but I have not yet received any bill and wheel balance report.
After a long debate of 1 hour the operator finally assembled tyres as per the ordered one and with no professional ethics. Too much time wastage in explaining the tyres mentioned by manufacturer. A bit rude and forcefully avoiding to fit tyres.
After tyre assembly, I am feeling the wheel balance/ alignment is modified. Steering is bit tilted. This is all because I requested them repeatedly to use the already ordered tyres. I went last week personally to make sure I am ordering right one. Inspite of that, that store manager saying since he was not there he will not allow this tyre. I mean is this a joke? Certainly needs more professional ethics and bit more knowledge. I will not go in future to have my tyres changed at that centre.

Fast efficient service
My stepdaughter went down a pothole and ruined her tyre. As with many cars now she did not have a spare wheel. Once we got the wheel and tyre off we took it to Paddy at the Leamington branch and he got straight on it. Nice to get immediate service rather than having to wait a few days like other places.

Had 2 new tyres fitted for a fair…
Had 2 new tyres fitted for a fair price. Tyres were set to wrong pressure thoughs so one to check after (2.6 bar instead of 2.1), hence not giving 5 star

Poor service
I had a booking for 9.00am finally got the tyres fitted at 11.30am. What is the point of having a booking service. Your fitters spend more time taking personal calls on mobile phones than fitting tyres
The service is appalling and I will not be using just tyres again

Occassionally workload does go over it's alloted time but we do ask our team to keep customers updated, however, this delay is very unusual and is not our normal level of service. Sorted out 4 tyres quickly and in an organised fashion even though there were a lot of people needing tyres that day. Went for a coffee in town and when I came back they were done cheers guys

Time slot was not adhered to
Time slot was not adhered to. Appreciate things don't go to plan but my wife used her lunch break to have the tyres fitted but 50 minutes in they had not started the car. Shame, as have used this centre many years back. Happy with price and tyres though
