Easy booking system online.
Polite and efficient service with everything explained

Ordered the tyres and made an appointment via the website. When I turned up was told the tyres weren't delivered and that the central office was supposed to have called and informed me - they hadn't.
The guys at the fitting centre were very apologetic and scheduled me for the following day.
Everything then went smoothly and very pleased with process and impressed with the fitters who were working in incredibly hot conditions.
I fully accept things can go wrong, but please improve your communication.

Derek & Ian worked on fitting 2 tyres. Both were professional, courteous & knowledgeable. They explained the machinery being used and clearly take care & pride in the service they offer. I’m definitely going back when I need tyres & associated services. Thanks Guys.

They charge more than shop, for alignment use the shop directly.

I booked in online and although the tyre fitters were surprised when I turned up they got on with it very quickly.
I took a flask of coffee and a book as I knew changing 4 tyres would be fairly lengthy process, I was there about 1 1/4 hours.
Prices are competitive and a good range of tyres to pick from.

Tyres were there on time and fitted correctly.

Brilliant prices and first class service every time I have used Just Tyres in Letchworth. Polite and efficient staff.

Though the fitting was quick but I returned on the appointment date first as tyre was not available and they didn’t inform either. Rest all good.

The price was good,the staff are always helpful and not pushy.
Two tyres changed,balanced and fitted within 20 minutes.

Great service, very friendly and hassle free. My only criticism is the location as the shop doesn't stand out. If it was more visible just tyres would get more business.

Tyre replacement was booked on line, including wheel alignment, fees paid in advance. Appointment time & date agreed, on the day of the appointment the service team were unable to remove the wheel from my car, they had issue using locking wheel nut, hitting with hammer so on, they told me it would gost £80 to have locking wheel nut removed, but they could not do it, i asked if they could at least complete the wheel alignment, afain they were unable to free the nuts to adjust, i left with none of the pre paid works completed, when i returned home, i tried myself to remove locking wheel nut, i was successful within a couple of mins, i received a mesage from just tyres advising me i will receive a partial refund, i called them explaining what had happened, they wanted to talk to garage. I waited a while then the mesaged again agreeing full refund. All in all i then still needed my new tyre, i called mobile tyre fitter, they came the next day, replaced tyre.. im still lokking forward to get alignment done.

Once again, I had a fantastic experience with Just Tyres. I purchased my tyres online through their website, and as promised, they were ready to be fitted the very next day.

The team at the Oxford Road branch are absolutely superb—really friendly, professional, and always happy to answer any questions. This is the second set of tyres I’ve bought from them, and their range of brands is as good as it gets.

I’m hoping my new Yokohama tyres are just as good as my old Uniroyals. Thanks again to the team for another excellent experience!
