Just Tyres - Old Stratford Reviews 

I booked a 3pm appointment online for 2 specific tyres. They took off the old tyres, fitted one new tyre and then realised they could not find the 2nd tyre. The day manager advised that he could not fit a better grade of tyre as an alternative because he would be facing disciplinary action or have the extra cost deducted from his salary or be sacked! He spent ages talking to colleagues at head office (?) to sort matters out in between looking for the second tyre tipping over piles of tyres as he walked through the garage. They suggested I come the next day. When I suggested they put my old tyres back the manager’s colleague suddenly found the 2nd tyre. The process should have taking about 15 minutes but I was there for almost 2 hours. I emailed customer services and all they could say was sorry, no gesture of goodwill.

Price of tyres was competitive but driving home my van felt odd. Tyre pressure should have been 54psi and fitter did them at 22psi

I had four new tyres fitted at Old Stratford yesterday. Justin was there on his own and he started work on my car at the pre-booked time. He not only fitted my tyres but dealt with phone calls and walk-ins. Justin was friendly, professional and worked very hard. A great asset to the company.

Best prices available for my specific tyre, with next day fitting available pretty close to me. No hard sell of other services when I got the tyre fitted, and the guys there were really polite and chatty, and seemed to be enjoying their job!
Tyre fitted quickly, with respect for my car using the "pucks" I had for my Tesla to protect the battery.
All in all a great service and decent prices!

The kindness & customer service provided by the Manager at Old Stratford, I can’t praise him enough, he went out of his way to help me, when I called on Friday morning with a puncture - Thank you so much, I will recommend you to my friends & ensure I use you in future.

Really friendly staff at Just Tyres in Stony Stratford. They gave me great advice on the best products for my car and even checked my brakes for free. They advised a replacement in my budget, and the cost was very competitive compared to the bigger companies in the area. These are really good guys, they work hard to help and they won't rip you off. I Highly recommended

They put the tyres on my car at the time they said they would and charged me what they said they would. Good price and job done.

Were the most competitively priced in local area. Seen on time at booking and two tyres changed within 20 minutes.

Easy to choose the right tyres on line and great availabiloty on fitting slots. Installation completed on time and without issues.

They even gave my dog a couple of treats which made her happy too !

I was able to get an appointment soon after my tyre went flat and got it replaced nice and quick. Also had air put in my tyres as the pressure was low.

The SOLE employee did really well considering how busy he was he needs help as he is constantly under pressure especially if a customer came in whilst he was working on another car
