I arrived at the depot ahead of schedule and the staff were able to fit my tyres straight away. The job was completed expeditiously and the cost was well within my budget. Good work from a cheerful and competent staff.

Went in to Just Tyres to ask about new back tyres, the staff were very helpful, polite and gave a very competitive price. I booked the car in and the tyres were fitted within 30mins. I have always used this outlet for tyres and will continue to do so in the future.

Booked several days in advance for 2…
Booked several days in advance for 2 tyres: was called on the day an hour before my appt (on a friday) to say the tyres had not been received into the depot. I asked for a rough timescale as I had plans that I needed the vehicle for, I was told a couple of hours. I never heard back from them all day and having tried to make contact several times there was no answer. I made complaint online, got a call from regional manager who told me it would be sorted today or over the weekend and to expect an update on Monday. By lunch time Monday I still had not received any update so make a booking elsewhere and cancelled my booking and requested a refund.
I understand sometimes there are supply issues and delays; that I can deal with. The lack of communication and updates was very poor and unacceptable.

Easy to order the tyres I wanted. Fitting was quick and the guys were helpful and polite at the Reading branch. Price was competitive and service excellent, great value overall.

Umm could help more
Tyres was what I needed. Luckily there was a 10% offer code on it. When I got to the fitting centre, 2 young lads working on the floor to do tyres and tracking. Couldn't get it done quick enough,.when I asked for help in putting my space saver back under my car I was told "we don't normally do that" but with me helping out they did.
Customer relations at that branch are lacking

Poor service
Went in for a puncture, ended up having tyre replaced, kept waiting around whilst he dealt with other customers because he was on his own and then lost my locking wheel nut key. Shoddy garage and definitely wouldn’t recommend them.
