Perhaps I should have avoided booking the last appointment of the day. Unfortunately, the fitter was not particularly polite and did not take the time to inflate the tyres to the manufacturer’s recommended pressure. Although tyre balancing was included free of charge with my order, the fitter did not carry this out, stating that it was not included on his fitting job

Online purchase and booking appointment to fit tyres when I needed next day great! Service and advice given also great, apart from noticed afterwards one valve stem cap had not been refitted. Access to premises a little awkward due to proximity to other units and very limited space to wait or park.
