Just Tyres - Stourbridge Reviews

Very polite and professional guys changed two tyres for me. Good price too.

Great service, quick turnaround very professional

The on line booking went well and good choice of tyres at competitive price. Unfortunately our fitting was delayed by about half an hour, as there was only one person dealing with both fitting and customer enquiries, who made it clear that it wasn't his home depot.
Waiting area was very dirty and unappealing. Luckily, the weather was good.

An appointment time and date was arranged and when I arrived I was not kept waiting.
The tyre fitting was quick and efficient with the tyre fitter being courteous.i
I would recommend the stourbridge branch.

Good selection of tyres, easy online ordering process, friendly efficient staff. Minor issues were, not receiving an online receipt and lack of parking at the busy but small venue.
I would return because of good prices and friendly staff.

Guys at Stourbridge were great; sorted stock hassles and gave me honest opinions for my type of car.
I had a whole set fitted, 2 visits over 4 days or so. Bought the tyres from their website, was all very easy.
Grab a coffee or food round the corner while you're waiting.

Great attitude from the the lad sorting my tyres

These guys ALWAYS go the extra mile to deliver. Went today with a slow puncture, transpired that it was a cracked wheel but still came up with a solution. Top service!

The service was 5 star thank you for your advice on the work on my discovery and would recommend them to to anybody dave

I purchased 2 premium tyres via the internet and booked an appointment at my local branch. I had a tracking check after fittment and the alignment of the FOS wheel was adjusted, even though the old tyres had worn evenly. Over the next couple of days use, the steering didnt feel right and I constantly needed to compensate with a bit of left hand down. I took the car to another tyre depot, which I knew had a state of the art alignment system. The tracking was found to be wrong and the same FOS wheel had to be adjusted again to sort it out. Car feels good now. Disappointing, won't be using them again.

Nice friendly greeting. Very helpful. On time and ultimately a good competitive price.

Very easy to book and the chap working there even being very busy at the time did a fantastic job, definitely be using again

Friendly and knowledgeable service with helpful advice.

Fantastic service from the lad at Stourbridge, very friendly and work done quickly. Will definitely use again.

Great Service from Just Tyres, From ordering online to getting Tyres fitted.
Tyres fitted Quickly and efficiently.
Even when they were busy and run off their feet they remained polite and very Professional.
Great bunch of Lads at the fitting centre.
Highly recommended for a first Class service from Just Tyres.
💯👌🏿

Took two days after agreed appointment to get the tyres and the online form wouldn't accept the discount code on the checkout page either. Not really much of an apology .
Poor.
