Easy to order, competitive price and fitting went smoothly and pretty quick at local centre so excellent experience

Ordered 2 tyres online and booked appointment to have fitted same day within an hour, brilliant, excellent tyre fitters too.
It is 3rd time with just tyres and will always hopefully keep going back to them.

Got all four tyres changed at the Woodley branch and everything seemed fine at first. However, I don’t regularly drive on motorways, so it wasn’t until a month or so later that I noticed a significant vibration through the car between 50–70 mph that wasn’t present before the tyres were fitted.

I returned and asked them to check the wheel balancing, as balancing is part of the tyre fitting service. I was told that because it had been more than two weeks since the tyres were fitted, I would have to pay to have the wheels rebalanced.

As the vibration only became apparent during motorway driving, I wasn’t prepared to pay for a rebalance, so I took the car elsewhere. They rebalanced all four wheels and the vibration disappeared completely.

Online error the day before where I nearly ordered with a different company. Glad it happened though as searched again and found Just Tyres which showed the same tyres I was going to buy elsewhere, was cheaper with them. Using the site was easy and booked in with a local tyre fitter within a couple of days which were also great. Really happy with the service. Will use these again.

Ordered paid and booked in for two tyres to be fitted at Bletchley MK branch
Two days before appointment they called to say tires won't be in for a week.
I said I would wait for the tyres.
Then they phoned to say the tires were in so I rebooked.
The day before the fitting I phoned to double check and only one tyre was available,so I asked for a refund and went elsewhere.

Went online and ordered two tyres, quick, easy and a great price.
Booked a time and turned up, the guy on reception was friendly and helpful.
Said it would take about an hour, so I went for a walk into Lewes town.
When I came back it was ready and they checked my other tyre pressures also.
An amazing experience.
Have booked another two tyres for my wife's car.
Why go anywhere else.

The online tyre purchase experience was not good. The system appeared to have glitches in which it prevented what should have been a straightforward selection of the number of tyres required.Very frustrating .It took several attempts to get it to work .Their head office telephone number didn't work at all
Once ordered and date selected everything worked like clockwork with the tyres fitted within 24 hours and without delay in the fitting time offered.
Much cheaper by a large sum to order online compared to obtaining local depot telephone quote which was not itself competitive with other suppliers.
Local depot appearance a bit ramshackle but local manager efficient and pleasant.
Would I use them again ? Yes
