Great service, but filthy waiting area - only go there wearing black clothes and your oldest trainers
Great service, no complaints there. However, the counter and waiting area, chairs etc. were absolutely filthy - I couldn't sit down or put my bag on the floor or lean on a wall. I get that the working environment is very dusty, but your customer areas should be kept relatively clean!!

Friendly staff.
Booked a free tyre check. Employee was extremely helpful. Tyre was losing pressure and he had found the problem and remedied it before collection. Gave good advice too. Would recommend.

Good service at the depot
Good service at the depot. But, we ordered tyres online, confirmed they were in stock & booked an appointment. Turned up & no tyres in stock & told they never had had them!
Rebooked a few days later when tyres got delivered.

Despite ordering a wrong front tyres, friendly staff at the garage were kind enough to point it out to me. Getting the right ones were hassle free.On the day of the fitting,took a nice stroll come back the car was ready.The staff were absolutely first class.

The set-up worked really well
The set-up worked really well. I ordered the exact make and specification of tyre I needed, rather than some equivalent brand, and had it deleivered to the fitting centre that I chose and had it fitted at a time that I wanted. The fitting worked really well, I arrived early and was done and out in 10 minutes. Everything worked really well

I purchased two tyres for our Audi Q2
I was told about the Just Tyres website by Malvern Tyres in Cheltenham. I found the website easy to use and the pricing was good. I was able to pay for the tyres online and make a convenient appointment with Malvern Tyres to get them fitted.
