I went to the Uxbridge branch asked for…
I went to the Uxbridge branch asked for 4 tyres which i saw on their website. Main guy was helpful and explained to me they can't give online prices at the shop. I left and ordered online and went to the shop. One of my wheels was wobbling on the balancing machine but they put the cone to try he back side and balanced it properly. My car had vibration problem over 60mph and i always thought that it was a mechanical issue but it turned out it was a tyre balance issue. Last tyre balance was done at halfords, apparently they didn't do a good job. But these guys fixed that problem for me. They deserve 5 stars for tyre replacement and online pricing.
But there is a 1 star issue as well. I booked for wheel alignment for a week after. They aligned the wheels but after few weeks i noticed that wheels were out of alignment again. This time i took my car to kwikfit and they said locking nuts wasn't locked that's why wheels were out of alignment again. Just tyres shop doesn't even have car lift. They work with car jacks. To be able to lock the locking nut you need both hands but the way they do the alignment mechanic cannot get 2 hands in there and this results in wheels getting out of alignment in short amount of time.
In conclusion they are good if you want to buy tyres but not for wheel alignment.
