Easy to book appointment, very quick service, very professional and good customer care.

Easy on-line ordering and good communications.
Great prices.
Helpful and courteous branch staff.
The only problem was the local branch wasn't equipped to deal with 12" rim size.
It was thanks to the manager's expertise they were able to fit the tyres.
They were unable to balance the new tyres, again the
equipment couldn't cope.
There seems to be a disconnect between on-line offer and what's possible on the ground.

The guys at Woodley were brilliant. Thanks for taking the time to get my 4 new Continental CT22 tyres on and balanced.

Job was completed efficiently and with no fuss

Forgot to return my NUT set and tyre pressure are unbalance ( one tyre is over pressure, one tyre is under pressure).

Easy online booking process, friendly expert staff. I was asked if I wanted the tracking checked, which I opted for. They informed me that my tracking was out (by quite a way) and they offered to do it for me and told me the price before they did anything. 4 tyres fitted and tracking done (which I agreed to have done) within an hour. Highly recommended

Glen had five new tyres to fit for me and we had an interesting day as he was on his own and for safety reasons wished to have me within earshot , everything went very smoothly and precisely it was clear that I was observing a master at work .

Disappointing Experience at Just Tyre Shop

I recently visited Just Tyre Shop with high hopes of receiving a thorough inspection and quality service for my car's tyres. However, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of service provided.

Firstly, despite booking an appointment in advance and specifically requesting a brake pad check, the employee at the shop completely neglected this crucial aspect of the inspection. It is unacceptable that a basic request like this was overlooked, especially when it was made clear beforehand. As a responsible car owner, I rely on professionals to ensure the safety and functionality of my vehicle, and their negligence in this regard is simply unacceptable.

Moreover, I had also requested a thorough inspection of the condition of all my tyres during the booking process. Regrettably, this request was also ignored by the staff at Just Tyre Shop. I expected them to assess the wear and tear, check for any signs of damage, and provide me with an expert opinion on whether replacement of rear tyres was necessary. However, their blatant disregard for my explicit requirements demonstrated a lack of professionalism and attention to detail.

The overall lack of concern for customer satisfaction displayed by the staff was disheartening. The whole purpose of booking an appointment in advance is to ensure that the necessary services are provided promptly and efficiently.
Unfortunately, Just Tyre Shop failed miserably in meeting these expectations, leaving me with serious doubts about their competence and commitment to their customers.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this Shop to anyone seeking reliable and comprehensive tyre services. Their failure to fulfill basic inspection requests, disregard for customer requirements, and lackluster customer service leave much to be desired. I strongly urge potential customers to consider alternative tyre shops that prioritize professionalism, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.

The older man on Customer service was poor was rude and misbehaved .The young man on the job was professional and really provided a good service .
