Very poor and complicated delays client sales process
I contacted this company while getting quotes from around 5–10 other window companies at the same time, and honestly I’m so glad I didn’t go with them. Their whole process felt unprofessional and disorganised from the start.
Every other company I contacted either gave me a quote quickly or had a clear and straightforward sales process. With this company, the lady on the phone told me they were “really busy” and would get back to me with a quote. Instead of actually sending one, I just received an email asking me to go online, create an account, and log into their system. I simply didn’t have time for all of that, especially when so many other companies managed to make the process easy and professional.
Then, three days later, I received a follow-up email asking what I thought about the quote — except I had never actually received one. I replied saying I wasn’t interested because no quote had been sent. The response I got was basically insisting that they had sent it already. I asked them to send a screenshot or resend the quote, and they refused.
It honestly felt dishonest and incredibly frustrating. If a company is already this disorganised and argumentative before you even become a customer, it makes you wonder what dealing with them afterwards would be like.
Would strongly advise people to be very cautious and careful dealing with this company. Personally, I wouldn’t trust them.
