This time I had to wait about four weeks to receive my wine .had to get intouch with your agent twice he told me he can't send it till you pay him .not happy with the treatment I received

Untrustworthy

I joined Just Wines' Cru membership a couple of years ago and ordered a few cases from them. Quality and price were OK initially, however their website is very poorly organised and difficult to use. Their many competitors in the UK are all much better in most respects so about a month (19 Mar 25) ago I notified them that I was cancelling my membership and requested a refund of the credit on my account. Despite numerous emails to their support team I have received no response and can only conclude that they do not intend to provide a refund.

With this in mind I consider this company to be untrustworthy in the extreme and am considering legal action to recover my money.

Just Wines are ok until something goes wrong.
I placed and cancelled an order on the 26th February and have not received my refund despite 3 emails to their Customer Services. No phone number available.
Terrible service and am cancelling my account and direct debit.

Not received my wine

I ordered a very expensive bottle on 19th Dec and so far have had no notification of when I will receive it. It is a gift for my sister's 50th on 7th January. No communication at all! Very poor
