The speed at which my order was processed.

On time no problem great service

Great product, excellent service.

No communication whatsoever over order issues! Even after leaving messages.

Right on time was handed over by courier at my front door.

We have a box of 8 items (rolls and bread) as and when we need them. Great product and it's so easy to order online, set up a regular delivery, change the delivery schedule, skip a shipment - this convenience and ease of admin is key for us. Because they are fresh, we freeze what we don't need initially then defrost when needed. Rolls are best warmed in oven. Been using for quite a few years now due to Coeliacs in the family.

Made contact with customer services after a call from my pharmacist to say that his wholesalers had told him that my prescribed bread allocation couldn’t be supplied by the manufacturer (Juvela). I called Juvela and spoke to a wonderful lady called Lisa who said that she would make enquires and call me back. She duly did this and explained that there had been a slight delay last week with part of the order but there shouldn’t have been a problem with the fresh bread as it was baked to order. Long story short, Lisa called the pharmacist and explained things to him, reordered the items for me and said it should be back to normal next week. Added to that, she is organising some bread to be sent to me to tide me over. I can’t speak highly enough of this wonderful lady, who obviously takes great pride in doing a good job and looking after Juvela’s customers. Good customer service is a rarity these days and shouldn’t go unrecognised. Thank you Lisa (and Juvela).

One box of the white flour mix was slightly damaged. Don’t know if that was in transit or otherwise.

This is the best gluten free bread I’ve ever tasted. The gluten free rolls are very tasty too.

The box was delivered on time but was damaged. Normally the small baker box is a relatively small box of very stiff cardboard and everything travels safely in it. This time it was a larger box with a very soft cardboard. It had been resealed with tape by DPD delivery but that hadn't prevented the contents being squashed inside. The packets of flour were dented but hadn't broken and were quite usable and the rolls were intact but the loaf had been squashed so some of the bread was broken up inside it and not easily usable.
I'm sorry to report this failure in packaging as normally the small boxes protect the products totally and am not sure why this box was larger and very soft cardboard but maybe it will help you to trace if there was some hitch in the packing process. Overall I am very satisfied with your service and the ease with which I was able to ensure that I( was back from being away to receive the box. Thank you and all best wishes
