Brilliant company a* overall great
Fast delivery even with the Royal Mail strike, packaging well what can I say it was nice and neatly done came with cleaning instructions also very handy. If I could of given a higher rating I would of done very pleased with my purchase and will be getting my daughter the small one to match 100% recommend

Packaging when opening parcel was a nice experience considering this was a gift as well. My brother loved his bracelet! Thank you!! Arrived on day expected. Only thing I’d suggest working on is the payment process which was awkward but got there in the end. All in all happy customer.

LOST & NOT DOING MUCH ABOUT IT
Ordered a chain last week was charged a fortune for postage for the item to get lost! Lots of waiting no1 seems to be really doing much about it I’ve had every excuse from Royal Mail is closed to the shop is to busy! It’s a pawnbroker not a hospital waiting room! I raised this on Thursday and nothing was done on Friday (when Royal Mail is open) so they tried today when they are closed 🤷♂️….have been advised that it will be a priority on Monday morning
I asked the member of staff I have been dealing with ( Lindsay ) that I want a solution today her response was and I quote “ when you say you want something done today what is it you actually mean “ at last I thought maybe we are getting somewhere but no I was then advised “ we can’t re send the item or issue a refund until we have spoken to Royal Mail “ why ask what I would like you to do if you have absolutely no intention of doing the obvious I.e resend the item or issue me a refund??? I feel like I’m being made fun of I’m very disappointed with this hole situation

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service.
We can confirm you did contact us Thursday at approx 20.17pm which is out of hours so we were unable to deal with this until Friday when our store was open. On Friday morning we contacted you and asked if you would kindly wait until 2pm to see if it is delivered as all the other orders that were posted at the same time were saying they were out for delivery due to the postal strike royal mail had on the Wednesday. We then said we would look into it further and on Saturday we did try to call Royal mail but due to the shop being so busy when we did get a chance to call it was closed. We fully explained the situation to you and the question was in response to you saying you wanted something doing about it that day and as Royal mail was closed as we had explained we were unsure what it was we could do that day. As the item is showing as already delivered we wouldn't issue a refund or send another item until Royal mail has looked into this for us. We did make this our priority on Monday and once we had spoken to Royal mail fully relayed the information that was given which was that the item had been delivered within range of your address and to check again with neighbours. They also asked for you to call them as they needed some information regarding your property that we couldn't do on your behalf. Once this has been resolved with Royal mail we will work from there, this is a ongoing situation that we will resolve as soon as possible. We have been in business over 30 years and can assure you no one is making fun of the situation.

Very poor quality for £130
Very poor quality for £130! Fell apart straight away due to some links not been closed properly. A couple of the links have snapped aswell. Will not be buying from here again
