I am happy with the friendly service provided I am always met with customer service that exceeds my expectations at JV Jewllers and will always be happy to return as a customer. I have been a customer for over five years and I am yet to be disappointed, along with the kindness of the Manager who has always said that I am a good and loyal customer.

Been a customer at JV jewellers years. Great selection of 9ct and 14ct.
Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else when it comes to buying gold as you won’t find anywhere cheaper than here.
Staff are great always have a laugh when I go in the shop.
Very helpful, friendly and if I’ve ever had problems it’s always been sorted on the day.
I won’t use any other jewellers other than here.

Repeat customer
I am a repeat customer of JV JEWELLERS. I find Lindsey really easy to deal with and I think the pricing is very fair. Hence why I keep coming back as opposed to visiting big brand high street jewellers with markups of about 60% just for the name!
I have recently bought some Christmas presents on a 12 weeks payment plan. I didn’t know this was a possibility but I went into store and Lindsey advised me of this option. This works perfectly for me because I get paid weekly and it saves paying it all out in one big hit at Christmas time. Brilliant idea!

Really good value for gold! The women who works there Lindsay is such a helpful women and got me the best deal for me! She even saved me the piece I wanted untill I could make it to the shop! Would definitely recommend💖
