John Walker started Johnnie Walker RVs in Las Vegas with the help of his father in 1963. In business, he focused on one key philosophy: outstanding customer service. He firmly believed that a customer raving about an excellent RV Sales experience or RV Service experience to his or her family and friends, was better than any marketing dollar one could ever spend. The wheels began to turn, fifty years passed, two more generations sprouted out of the Walker family (soon to be three!), and today Johnnie Walker RVs stands as Nevada’s biggest and oldest RV Dealer. Currently, Johnnie Walker RV offers three locations in Las Vegas, with a huge selection of name brand inventory from travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, to toy haulers. Like that of our founder, our mission here at Johnnie Walker RV is to provide the absolute best RV Sales and RV Service experience possible to our customers.

Outstanding customer service & training

The customer service at Johnnie Walker RV is outstanding. Being first time RVers we required a lot of training. Joe spent hours with us on all aspects of our RV including teaching us how to use our tow dolly. We were pretty intimidated by the tow dolly but Joe turned us into veterans. His patience was endless, and believe me we tested him! Very good help.

Lack of Communication; Overpriced.

$2000 seam separation turned into a $5600 markup. Nearly two months to complete the repairs caused us to forfeit an expensive holiday deposit. Had we known about their slow efforts... Had an awning replaced. It doesn't fit properly on the roller and was told "just roll it out, and roll in until it works. Bad experience. Poor effort by Johnny Walker to make things right points to a schiester in my opinion.

5 Star Customer Service!

Both Dustin and Tom were beyond helpful. Both had a wealth of information and were consistently available throughout my entire process of purchasing a travel trailer. Never did I feel uncomfortable, rushed or cheated. I'd purchase again from Johnnie Walker RV and would refer a friend in a heart beat knowing they'd be treated fairly and with care.

Customer service is not dead.

It seems more and more difficult to find companies that even know what customer service is, much less have good customer service. Johnnie Walker RV has restored my faith that customer service is not dead. From the moment we walked through the door 'just looking', until we drove off in our new travel trailer, everyone we came in contact with at Johnnie Walker went out of their way to be friendly and courteous.
You hear it all the time. "We treat you like family". The difference is, the folks at JWRV actually do treat you like family. Throughout my experience at JWRV, I must have dealt with at least a dozen different people. From the salesman, finance, mechanics, parts people, and even the person cleaning the parking lot. Everyone of them was amazingly friendly.
Since our purchase, we have come in contact with other customers of Johnnie Walker's and they have said the same thing. That the employees at JWRV are the best when it comes to customer service. I won't go anywhere else.

Trust, in both the product & value is everything, you're a 5-Star outfit on both counts.

Like the staff, liked the treatment, they corrected a delivery mistake quickly and the product "training" was outstanding. That said, the one MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT hasn't been Johnnie Walker RV, but instead with the manufacturer -- HUNDREDS of small metal shaving embedded in the carpet. HUNDREDS! I've spent hours digging these out of the carpet and I'm still finding them. Angry doesn't begin to express how I feel that some sloppy assembly tech would let this happen and that I'm supposed to believe there was a final "quality inspection" -- yeah right.

The best!!! Family trusting business

my wife and I have been early young campers since before we were married. We were dealing with campingworld. We bought our first and second Toyhauler from there. A 2009 Dutchmen N'Tense and a 2012 Dutchmen Rubicon. It was great that my wife and I could do something like this in our 20s. But never felt welcomed there. To them it was all business and kept on asking how much money we have. They didn't have any interest on us until I had to show them cash for them to have some attention. We found Johnnie Walker at a RV show in the Fiesta casino lot and met Shaunna our sales rep. She was so inviting and welcoming and never mention any money. All she cared about was we did out camping. Made us feel like we knew her. After a while we told her what we been up to and looking into a new rig and showed us our new 2015 Forest River Stealth. A bigger better equip unit and never asked how much money we had. For our third unit campingworld said $10,000 minimum for a new rig. Shaunna at Johnnie Walker made it happen with almost nothing down. We love this place everything even small bumps they took care of it before any questions. Took care of us like family. They gained our trust and bringing our friends and family for theyre next trailer here.

Outstanding customer service and work performance.

I was on my way for a 5 hour drive when at the last moment my step motor failed. The service department immediately took action to replace the motor and had me on the road in less than hour. They didn't have to do that, but they understood my need and went above and beyond to get me back on the road so I wouldn't have to cancel my trip.This is not the first time I have used the service department, but have received outstanding service every time I needed them. Thank you Al, Jeremy and the entire service staff!

Jerome in the service department is the best. He makes sure that everything is fast and perfect service is always personal. Never had a bad experience with any department of johnny Walker!!!!

Family owned business are always better than corporate owned.

For best value, service and pricing, I don't know of a better place for your RV needs. I would strongly recommend JWRV over any other RV place, and I have been to a few. Family owned business are local and truly care about the customer. Corporations exist only for profit and put that above customer service. Family owned businesses put customer first and that is what JWRV does.

Your services gave us a great start to RVing!

Your sales staff was friendly and accommodating. The process of purchasing and equipping our rig went smoothly. The RV tutorial and the opportunity to use your "mini campground" was helpful in starting the RV experience.

Excellent service and integrity

Darcy and JJ were awesome. They worked with us to find a trailer we were comfortable with in size, amenities and price. They also found us a better interest rate, 3.99%, than we were able to find on our own. John, from the Service Center, took his time and patience conducting the walk thru with us on the trailer, ensuring we knew how to operate everything and explaining any safety areas. The trailer was ready to pickup when they said it would be; their Service Center installed trailer brakes on our tow vehicle in about an hour. In the future, this is where we will go for our RV needs.

Honest, ethical, and good advice.

In Las Vegas, Johnnie Walker is the local favorite.. It's too bad they exist only in Las Vegas - they should franchise themselves.
The corporate culture is very honest and ethical - imagine that. Imagine it as a selling tool. That works for me.
But the biggest selling point for me was that they (and I do mean THEY, not just one person) are so patient and supportive of new customers. I was new to RVing, and as many stupid questions as I asked, I never once got a patronizing answer, such as "Well, obviously... "
There's more. You can even spend a night in your newly purchased RV, fully hooked up, before you take it off the lot. This is to double-check the walk-through.
I did this at the worst possible time for them - the last week of May, when they have work orders coming out of their ears.. This would be the ultimate stress test for them, and yet everybody, from the owner's son to the janitor, was as pleasant as ever.

NO PAIN - YOU GAIN!!

Our experience at Johnnie Walker RV was awesome! We are QUITE leery of car salesman so went in a bit guarded. Robo came to greet us and shortly thereafter we felt like we had been friends for years! Everyone there from business office to salesmen to parts store managers were so friendly and NOT PUSHY at all! They gave us a very good price on our trade-in as well as on a slightly used Class A we purchased from them. They'll go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable! We will always drive there from Albuquerque to do business with them! They're a family business...not a huge chain who are always very pushy. Now they're part of OUR family!

We knew we were going to buy a toy hauler but we are so happy we bought from Johnnie Walker!!!!

My husband had a trip planned to go to the dunes 2 hours before I walked in the door looking for a RV/ toy hauler that I knew nothing about. JJ was nothing but awesome from start to finish. I walked in with my own financing and insurance ready to go and really meant business when I said I wanted to walk out with my purchase as soon as physically possible. I know you are supposed to play hard to get and all to get the best deal but I didn't even feel the need. JJ made sure he gave me the best possible price and service which made the experience even better. My darling husband was pleasantly surprised when I called him with the news. We did have a minor delay as the fuel pump & carburetor on the generator, fueling station and were not working properly but they fixed what they could so we could make our trip that weekend and then worked on it some more when we returned.

My only complaint was the tires, yes I know they made me sign a waiver that they do not guarantee the tires but they polished them up so well that we it was impossible to see that they were ALL completely cracked & rotted and since we took it on a dunes trip that same day I bought it and they knew this was the case we had a very dangerous blowout on the freeway with it completely loaded and my children in the truck, full speed! There wasn't even a jack in it which was even more upsetting. When we took it in and I told them about what happened they reminded me that they aren't responsible for tires. I suggested that they don't try to hide it so customers do not end up in the same situation we were put in and they blew me off.

Other then that, I am happy with the customer service and was even more surprised about the thank you gift they sent to us. Ask for JJ when you go - he is awesome and very easy to work with!
