We found an amazing travel trailer, perfect fit for our home away from home.

I went into Johnnie Walker looking for a used tent trailer. I started looking on Craigslist then after a couple bad experiences I decided to try a dealer. Johnnie Walker was the 2nd place I went and they didn't have what I was looking for until Tom showed us a brand new 18 foot travel trailer that my truck could actually tow. The price was less than I expected and it has a bathroom with a door! Alan in the service department explained how everything worked and I am so thankful he was there because I thought you just hooked it up and went.. I was extremely wrong! Again. . Thank goodness for Alan! He also reassured us after we got back from our maiden voyage and thought something was wrong. Joe in the parts department knows everything about every part! Everyone was extremely nice helpful and patient! They even sent us thank you cookies.

The Service Department at Johnnie Walker is above and beyond the best service I have EVER received from a dealership of any kind! Jeremy Johnson and the rest of the team are truly incredible, they always have impeccable follow through, and do everything possible to make sure myself and the people I consistently refer are well taken care of! When you treat them with respect, they return it in kind tenfold. RV repairs are not a perfect science for sure, so having such synergy within a service department to go the extra mile to troubleshoot a repair or concern, makes all of the difference in the world...

I really recommend Jonnie walker RV in Las Vegas, NV. We walked in one day just looking around. My husband and I liked to dream about owning an RV. We met a great guy, Jared Munk, that showed us around and treated us with patience showing us all the RV's we wanted to see. The sales people were never pushy and we never felt the stress of buying that I always get from a car dealer. We ended up buying an RV from there a couple weeks later. They have had exceptional customer service and have answered all our questions. Believe me we had a lot!!!

Everyone from top management down to the people who washed our fifth wheel to the lady who did the cleaning inside was friendly, and helpful, and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Shawna, our sales person, was awesome. She is the most knowledgeable RV sales person we have EVER met.... and a total sweetheart to deal with. We spend the winters in Vegas (we're from Michigan) and we always go in to say hi to Shawna..... even when we're not in the market for a new RV. She's just that kind of person.... you just want to keep in touch! She hooked us up with a GREAT fifth wheel, and it is such a total pleasure to travel in. I already can't wait for November so we can leave for Vegas again and live in our new RV all winter long!!! SEE YOU SOON SHAWNA!!! ( I hope she gets a copy of this )

I knew what I was looking for before I stepped on the Johnnie Walker RV lot. But, they had many different options on the lot I had to look at everyone of them! The whole time I'm looking my salesperson was very patient telling about the features of each one. In the end I couldn't find exactley what I wanted, so I went home kicked the cat (then took him to the vet....just kidding.) But, before leaving my salesperson told me how this time of year they get new and used RV's almost every day. So my salesperson, said, I'll give you a call if the one your looking for comes along. Now the whole time I was looking never did the salesperson try to sell me something other than what I wanted and thats a big deal with me. A week later the phone rings and they just took in a trade thats just what i'm looking for, so I hop in the truck go down and take a look and it's perfect. Just enough little scratches and dings so I won't worry about the kids climbing all over it. I ask how much and it's in my price range, so I say wrap it up you got a deal. To top the whole thing off the salesperson comes back and says it's less and i even better SOLD!.

Everyone at Johnnie Walker RV made the whole buying experience fantastic. We never felt pressured or rushed in any manner, and J.J. was a great guy to deal with. My wife and I immediately felt comfortable with the entire staff. This was out first camper-buying experience, and we already know that when it comes time to upgrade, Johnnie Walker RV will be our first stop.

It was a pleasure to purchase from Johnnie Walker. The were friendly and very knowledgeable. In a few years, when it's time to purchase again, we'll be coming back here.

JWRV was willing to listen to me and find what I was looking for not just what they wanted to sell. Very professional and courteous and pleasant to deal with. We are enjoying our new rv.

We seemed to be in the right place at the right time! We told Juan what we were looking for and he had it! Everyone we worked with at JWRV was helpful and knowledgable.

They made the process very straight forward and quick.

They are a top notch outfit to work with. We made an appointment with them and within 3 hours we had a new trailer. They listened to us and there was never any pressure to buy.

We finally bought our RV after three years of contacts and visits with Johnnie Walker. Like many boomers, we have long had dreams of retiring and seeing America in an RV. And, like many boomers, life kept waking us from our dreams with reality. Fortunately, we were able to retire from jobs that didn't go away, but unfortunately we were still squeezed between aging parents that needed attention and offspring that were victims of the recession. While dealing with these realities we have watched RV dealers change names and ownership and come and go in Las Vegas. During that time JWRV has been the one constant and we never thought of going elsewhere. They stuck with us too, Even when we had to relocate to Texas to take care of family. Long story short, we finally drove off their lot with our new trailer in March and are getting ready for our first RV adventure through mid-America in a few weeks.

all the staff that i came in contact with were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and will to go ut of their way to help or answer questions. Mark, my sales person did an excellent job pointing out things that i, as a first time buyer, might not have thought about. Matt, the mechanic did an excellent job of explaining the working of my new toy hauler. the staff in the parts department and inside at the fiance desk all were very helpful, and again went out of their way to make sure that all questions were answered and that i was satisfied with the entire process. the use of their 'back lot' to learn how to operate all the systems, hitch and unhitch were invaluable experience for me. with the exception of 'backing up' a trailer, i feel that they have provided me with all the skills i'll need to truly enjoy my new toy hauler. thanks folkls
