Good product terrible experience

I am always 70 years old with the back injuries I received the purchase chair from a delivery driver who refused to bring the chair to the building front door, I tell the driver that I will complain to customer service he was verbally abused and very angry and started to kick my building front door then he treated to kill me, I called immediately to JYSK Customer Service and they told me that they were not able to do anything about it because they had used a third party delivery company, and
they recommended that I should call the authorities, I send the case to my legal counsel. To protect my family I will never purchase a product from a company that uses a third party delivery 🚚 company as a matter of security and tranquility. It was a horrible experience. Sadly to said the chair I purchased is fantastic it served the purpose but is not worth the trouble I have experienced.

Service with a smile

I went to JYSK in Avezzano to try out mattresses and was helped by the sales agent Dario who was so professional and helpful for my entire stay. This is the second time he has been so helpful and I was able to find what I was looking for at the right price . If your shopping there ask for Dario . He’s wonderful .

Mattress arrived in a roll,damaged, dirty. Customer service completely useless - totally failed to respond to any emails - simply an apology for not responding!
Impossible to contact the delivery company. AVOID
