Bought 2 of the lucky dip bags after watching unpacking videos online and I’m so disappointed!! I got a pair of shorts and ugly trousers. Both look like they’re from a typical market stall in the depths of India. Poorly made and definitely not with the ‘£15’ item they declare. Save your money or be disappointed.

Avoid total scam... false advertising. Do not part with your money.

If I could give zero i definitely would. Made to believe you get 3 items and you only get one, a crap pair of awful trousers that aren't even the right size. I advise not to order from here

Have been very miss led delivery was good and quick but when you watch Katie open hers she is saying you could get all this in your bag and I got a tiny bag with a pair of trousers which to be honest the quality is rubbish and could of probably got more for my money on Shein also it was £5 delivery which is half the price of the item not impressed

No order no refund no response
Doesn’t matter how many emails you send you don’t get a reply. The tracking number isn’t found. Don’t waste your money.

Never ever spend money in this company!!! I would give -5 stars if I could!
A couple of months ago I ordered 4 lucky dip bags! £11 bags. Thinking at least something decent in each one. What I got was horrendous! 4 pairs of trousers, I summer pair like zebra print, you could live with those at a push! And 3 pairs of exactly the same trousers in different colors. All 3 sizes too big! Bare in mind I gave sizes as requested. between the price of the bags, the currency exchange into Euro, was way too much for what I would deem as trash! Temu and shein have better stuff! To add insult to injury I was charged with a customs charge, total price was over €70!!!!!! I emailed them at least twice, to which I got a generic response of being in touch soon! This company should be sued for false advertising! I trusted this company due to Katie backing it, but she should beware of people thinking she's scamming!!!! Avoid this place completely!! Keep your money!!!!!

Tack tack tack! Misleading videos, from KP, quality is well below Shein , awful value for money and won’t be wearing any of it. 3 tacky items for £25. Do not bother

The Katie price promoting the £10 lucky dip bag. You don't get all of them clothes. It's scamming people into believing she's opening the £10 pound one. Which she is not, it's one that costs £25. I bet you have got so many people falling for that, which I have just realised that you are fausly advertising the wrong one with £10 above! Scammers! I got one pair of trousers and they aren't even the size I selected. So I've wasted 15 quid, absolutely fuming!!!! Never again!!!

Awful products and customer service

Ordered a set of- it arrived after over a week- nothing like it was described as on their website- cheap thin material - virtually translucent , a bit like wearing cling film I would imagine and the trousers seams hanging off like a bowl of spaghetti.

When they eventually responded to my email about the condition of their clothing - no apology for the state of it and then selling faulty items- so I returned it via their free postage label - still no refund after 3 weeks - so I wait again and again for a response !! Then to be told refund had been issued - and see it’s down £5 which they took off for delivery.

Bear in mind the item was faulty , to then take money from me !! Yet no response, as you can imagine and now nearly two months since I first contacted them.

Wear a bin bag or cling film better quality and you wont loose a fiver in the process! Or read their other reviews …. Says it ALL

I am going to blab on here but I did take the chance but I’m 50/50 . Be nice to see something else of there clothing ,,
My boyfriend said he will get me the lucky dip?? I honestly was embarrassed opening the bag in front of my other half I felt like I was let down and he wanted to bring them back unfortunately you can’t which is how they catch us out ! I just feel like I was going to get a big excitement when I saw the bag …it was the smallest pink bag tbh I think it was the £10 pound size bag . I was to get the lucky dip as everyone can see a HUGE huge exciting pink bag …nope :/ it wasn’t …. I melted on the chair when the post man came and my other half brought it to me in front of his mother and even she said “is that it “ I wanted too prove it’s worthed the money and seen what Chloe and Katie pulled out of there bags yeno. I emailed and did say I was big in size like 18-20 on too with boobs and arms..I have skinny legs !! So is that why ended up getting 2pairs of trousers & leggins , .. come on girls no top,no outfit , honestly then after paying for the EUROPEAN delivery ‘ I am waiting waiting waiting thinking where is my delivery and I got charged again by customs in Dublin an post ‘(just make sure you know that if purchasing to Ireland ) 🇮🇪 —€12 …and the charge of there delivery fee ,all that girls for 3 bottems … I got the black leggings the tick in tummy there great I have a tubby belly that just won’t go away but it tucks it in …. I am going to take the chance to wear the trousers there brown and cream in 1 weeks for a communion and I don’t know what type of top to wear cause I do want to show off the brand to all my family members!! I’m just upset with that I thought a outfit would be in the bag and maybe something else as a customer from Ireland but I felt a bit 🤏🏼 as if it was in a factory throw them 3 trousers in a bag and done … nothing like to the page who I love watching Katie model the clothes and the other girls 🧒 👧🏻 👩🏻 👱🏼‍♀️ I love the page I go on it all time waiting on a some ..most tracksuits..that are NOT sold out lol so I do keep a eye out !! Cause I love the brand but yous let me down girls !!!
