My experience with K21Academy has been very positive. I enrolled to strengthen my AWS, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI skills, and the program has provided a strong mix of structured learning, hands-on labs, real-world examples, and career-focused guidance.
What I appreciate most is that the training is not only focused on certification. The instructors emphasize practical skills, architecture thinking, labs, project work, and how to apply the concepts in real job scenarios. Topics like AWS AI/ML services, Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, RAG, prompt engineering, context engineering, foundation models, and enterprise AI architecture have been explained in a way that connects technical concepts to real business use cases.
The support structure is also helpful. The progress diary, WhatsApp group, session recordings, summaries, lab links, and action items make it easier to stay organized and continue learning after each class. I also appreciate that K21Academy encourages students to document what they learn and share progress publicly, which helps with accountability and professional growth.

Best Learning Avenue
I have been part of few training programs by K21Academy and honestly they are doing justice with what they are offering. False Advertising
False Advertising, Misleading Marketing, $1500 Not Refunded
It is deeply ironic that K21 Academy heavily promotes stories of candidates landing jobs paying between $100,000–$250,000, "AI" changing the world and job market while at the same time refusing to properly address or return a disputed $1,500 payment despite repeated follow-ups.
The marketing creates a strong sense of urgency and FOMO, especially targeting people trying to transition into tech careers. However, my experience after payment was completely different from what was advertised.
What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability when I requested a refund. Instead of transparent resolution, there was deflection and constant perusal to continue the class.
That contradiction speaks volumes about the company’s accountability, priorities and integrity.
Lesson learned the hard way: $1,500 paid for 6 classes all while asking them for a refund since the beginning.
This company is registered in UK ( no office though) but operates remotely from India while marketing aggressively to people around the world, especially non-IT professionals and career changers willing to invest substantial money in hopes of building a better future. Be careful, despite multiple follow ups, they did not return my hard earned money. Therefore, I asked them to retain my $1500 and consider it as a contribution to their business.

At the time of enrollment, the course structure, learning roadmap, payment terms, and refund policy were clearly shared and acknowledged. The program was specifically designed with beginner pathways, including foundational learning tracks, to help learners without prior cloud experience build the required knowledge before progressing to Azure-specific topics.
Throughout your enrollment, our team made multiple attempts to support you through onboarding guidance, progress reviews, CV assistance, and job-search recommendations. You were advised to complete the foundational learning path, maintain your progress diary, share your resume for review, and follow the structured job-search process. Unfortunately, these required activities were not completed.
You mention requesting a refund from the beginning; however, our records show that support discussions continued over several weeks, and your formal refund request was raised after substantial access to the program, classes, recordings, and support resources had already been provided.
We would also like to clarify that eligibility for any refund-related consideration is governed by the agreed policy and participation requirements, which were communicated before enrollment. These requirements were not fulfilled.
Regarding the payment dispute, the matter was independently reviewed through the banking dispute process. After reviewing the enrollment records, communications, payment history, and services delivered, the dispute was resolved in our favor. This independent review concluded that the services were provided in accordance with the agreed terms and that no policy violation had occurred on our part.
We respectfully disagree with the characterization that support was denied or that concerns were ignored. Throughout your enrollment, our team consistently encouraged engagement with the beginner learning path, provided guidance on the next steps, and remained available to assist you. Even today, we remain willing to support you should you choose to continue your learning journey.
Career transitions are rarely immediate and often require sustained effort, practical implementation, tailored resumes, interview preparation, networking, and a high volume of targeted job applications. While we cannot guarantee individual employment outcomes, we remain committed to providing the training, mentorship, resources, and support necessary to maximize a learner's chances of success.

I have been enjoying my journey with K21 academy so far. I am a beginner on course for being an expert in Claude AI/ML course and various aspects underneath. Our trainer Sanjay has been marvelous in conducting a very structured course so beginners like me can follow easily. He delivers the subject in ways that keeps things exciting while we are absorbing a lot of new content.
I also had a roadmap discussion with Sahid today and it was an amazing moment of enlightenment for me! I was encouraged to see different prospects and avenues that I can master without getting overwhelmed. As a VP of Software Engineering making a deliberate career transition into AI/ML and Cloud leadership, I've been extremely selective about where I invest my time and money. Hidden Logic Behind “100% Refund”
Lets take a scenario..you are joining cricket academy, as you want to learn cricket.
Academy promises you that you will play IPL because of their coaching...else 100% refund in 30/60/180 days ( catch is there )
During the first few sessions you feel that something is not right and ask for refund.
Now academy says you play IPL then we give refund...
If you get this logic of refund, then you decide whether to trust them or not...
To make it technical - letss say you join a Azure Devops course, and you with draw in between and ask for refund, they will ask you to build a project in azure ( obviously if you know to do it why would you join them ) and then get a refund.
I know they would say that its in document which is generic complete hands on but they will never say how many will keep on adding as they wish.
If you are aware of this and want to join - yes you can join..This is not a negative feedback for k21 academy - it is the hidden explanation of their refund policy.
Not accusing any one here - not the trainers or sales ppl or company..i am only explaining the model of refund here

When I first started learning AI and AWS, I was quite confused about where to begin and what direction to take.
