The training at K21 Academy was excellent, and I’m excited to share that I’ve successfully landed a job as an AWS Solutions Architect Data And AI Associate Manager! The instructors were knowledgeable and provided clear, in-depth sessions that gave me the skills I needed to move forward in my career. The support throughout the entire process, from CV guidance to interview prep and mock sessions, was outstanding. The team was always there with personalized advice and regular follow-ups(specially Atisha, Manish and all the technical team Members), helping me stay on track and motivated. Their dedication made a huge difference in my journey. I truly recommend K21 Academy to anyone looking to build their skills and secure a job in the industry.

I joined K21 Academy in October 2025 at a time when I felt stuck and unsure about my career direction. Connecting with Shahid was a turning point. He gave me clarity, practical guidance, and renewed confidence. He is helpful, honest, and generous with useful insights. People like him truly represent the organization well; you feel heard and supported.

One of K21 Academy’s biggest strengths is its AI curriculum. The content is exhaustive and serves as a one-stop shop for AI and ML. I enrolled in the Full Stack AI program across multiple cloud platforms, and despite the significant time commitment, I haven’t regretted it.

This program does require dedication. To get the most out of it, you need to invest time - often doing weekend deep dives to keep up with hands-on labs - but the learning is absolutely worth it.

The instructors are knowledgeable, the Skool platform is well-structured, and the overall learning experience is highly comprehensive.

What truly sets K21 apart is the leadership involvement. Atul Kumar personally takes interest in learners’ journeys, which is rare to see.

Speciak thanks to Shahid, Sumti, and Supriya for consistently going above and beyond to support and faciliate learning.

I am confident that I will soon be proudly crediting K21 Academy as a key enabler in my AI journey, and I look forward to continuing this learning path with them.

I don't usually leave reviews but my experience with K21 Academy compelled me to do so personally. I am sharing this as a warning to non-IT professionals and individuals considering a career transition. I feel it is important to warn others before they make the same mistake.
Although their team is responsive and polite, the overall experience has been highly disappointing. I started struggling with the Azure course content by the 3rd or 4th class, which raises serious concerns about how suitable this program is for beginners, despite how it is marketed.
During the initial sales call December, 2025, I now feel that I was pressured to enroll quickly with a “limited-time” offer of $2,900, supposedly valid only if I signed up within an hour. I was shown LinkedIn profiles as proof of successful job placements; however, at least one of those profiles is marked “open to work,” now which undermines the credibility. I was also told I could complete the course within six months and that there were strong job opportunities in the US and UK. (shared screenshot of indeed pages, linkedin jobs…)
Further, I was also told the course would begin the following week December 9, 2025 which turned out to be inaccurate. The start date kept changing from December to January 2026, and then it eventually began on December 20, 2025. By that time, I had already requested a refund of my initial $750, which in hindsight, I should have pursued more firmly.
Fast forward two months, I attended six classes and paid a total of $1,500. Despite clearly stating that I was not benefiting from the course, the course expected some IT background, the terminologies were new, its too fast for me...my refund requests were consistently ignored or deflected saying that I could do it, I need to follow their instructions, keep up with the progress diary and apply for jobs with those 6 classes.
Rather than addressing my concerns, the response was to stay enrolled, along with repeated references to potential job availability, US market, how AI is taking over the world… This is a more sales-driven approach and selling dream jobs across the world.
I ultimately stopped payments on February 2, 2026 from my end. After pausing my payment, I was still being asked to complete the full course payment in order to receive a refund, which didn't make any sense. They wanted me to pay the full amount, complete the program requirements such as finishing the hands-on labs, providing proof of 50+ job applications, and only would process for refund if I am unable to secure a job.
Spending $1,500 for six classes with no meaningful outcome has been a SIGNIFICANT financial loss. Based on my experience, I strongly believe that the company’s refund policy is not customer-friendly, and their sales practices are misleading.
I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution and think 1500 times before enrolling.

P.S. Based on my experience, I fully expect the company to respond by asking what went wrong, where they have fallen short or encouraging me to continue the course again and complete the remaining payment rather than addressing the core issues raised. Well the answer is I have invested more than enough time and money without results and I no longer want any involvement with K21 academy.

Sahid and Karthik really helped me in setting up an one of the Agentic AI example and really I appreciate for that. It took too much time but they were quiet patient with me. Super!

Expressed my frank concern that between job and family duties it was not possible to proceed on the plan initially thought of while enrolling to discuss with Rohit Jadhav Sir. Immediately the best resource on the job who helps with placements Manish was assigned to me, we went on an 23 minute call and we discussed on action items
- plan of approach on what needs to happen next
- team support during the whole phase not just running without guidance at every step that proved to be absolutely beneficial, given my time is kept from a pragmatic perspective which we totally agreed upon.

I would like to pass accolades and appreciation to Manish for all the detailed discussions and integrity in making it happen, hopefully Atul has this review chosen for doing a wonderful job

I recently joined the AI/ML track course at K21 academy and it has been a really helpful experience. When I first started learning AI and AWS, I was quite confused about where to begin and what direction to take. But the structured curriculum, supportive mentors, and proper guidance have given me a lot of clarity. I now feel more confident in my learning journey. Would highly recommend this course.

My experience with K21 has been phenomenal so far with the AI-ML track. The best part of the program is the support from the trainers and comprehensive curriculum. At times it can be overwhelming at the amount of content there is, but one should curate which and find out what works best. I worked with Sahid and honestly he is a really good mentor and trainer is suggesting a good learning path! All the other staff respond well to questions! I would suggest if you feel you are alone out there unable to figure out a path, let K21 lead you to success!

Got a clarity on my training path and interview preparation process

K21 Academy provides exceptional support throughout the learning journey. I received great technical assistance from Sahid, who was always responsive and helped clarify my doubts with clear explanations. The mentors offer strong technical guidance and ensure learners feel supported at every step. The courses are hands‑on, practical, and beginner‑friendly, covering in‑demand skills like Cloud, AI/ML, and DevOps through real‑world labs and projects. Additionally, the career-focused support such as mock interviews and job preparation sessions helps learners gain confidence and become truly job-ready.

Joining the Azure Job Oriented course at K21 Academy is one of the best decisions I made this 2026. My only regret is that I didn’t find K21Academy sooner but that is okay, because even now I am happy and feeling confident with the learning process because k21 Academy has quite an elaborate warehouse of learning resources, with step by step guides on hands on and projects on real world scenarios for practice plus an amazing team of trainers/instructors who take their time to explain concepts and make sure no trainee leaves any live sessions with any queries unanswered. The support system is well structured. There is constant followup from the team , to check on the progress of each trainee. Every individual here supports learners in achieving their goals. It is hard to single people out, but I must mention Manish,Richa, Malika, Gracy and others along with Atul Kumar, who have contacted me on how I am doing with my studies and if I have any queries and also the importance of updating my resume and linkedIn profile and start applying for jobs even if I am still studying.
I am confident that I will land a great position very soon, and this will be thanks to the entire team at K21. A big shout out to the entire team @ K21 Academy

Happy to share that I’ve cleared the DP‑100: Azure Data Scientist Associate exam. This is another big step in my AI journey, and I want to thank K21 Academy for helping me get here.
K21 has been a solid starting point for me in AI. The explanations were clear, the structure was easy to follow, and the hands‑on labs made all the difference. Love K21Academy. The instructors are great, training material relevant to what is needed in the market, and is very thorough, but above all, the job search guidance is spot on. You just have to make sure to follow the guidance. Trust the process and you'd be surprised by what you can achieve.
