Kaabatours Reviews

Kaabah Tours is excellent company and MR Hadi is very cooperative and Knowledgeable about the packages and he leaded us with flights accommodation Visas, Transportation and give us all the information about the package, really recommend Kaabah Tours and Mr Hadi services.

Firstly would like to thank Abdullah for the amazing service he gave our family. It was truly stress free experience as he had organised everything for us and kept in touch. Would definitely recommend Kaabatours.

The whole experience from enquiry to booking was brilliant. Abdullah understood all our requirements and went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience. Thank you Abdullah.

Very competitive rates offered for Umrah package and the customer service from Abdullah was excellent. During the enquiry stages, Abdullah went through the itinerary in detail. He took into account the needs of our elderly parents and offered hotels within close proximity of both Harams in Makkah and Madinah. Ziyarat was also included in the package. Everything was delivered as per the itinerary and Abdullah kept in touch throughout the journey to ensure everything was OK. It almost felt like we had our own personal agent looking after us whilst performing Umrah. We would highly recommend Kaaba Tours if you are considering Umrah packages. And if you have Abdullah as your agent, you have nothing to worry about. He'll take care of everything. May the Almighty bless Abdullah and the team with lots of barkah. Ameen.

As usual I was very sceptical when I saw this company on Facebook and booked an Umrah package with Haider as that was my first Umrah booking experience and I don't trust social media businesses at all.
But things started to develop after I booked and paid everything
Moreover, when I reached Makkah, I was overwhelmed with the care and professionalism of Haider and Kaaba Tours as I was very well looked after, and even more when I reached Madinah.
I will recommend anyone wanting to perform Umrah or Hajj doubting a reliable company, like I was,to get in touch with Haider with his team (as they do work as a team) for a great experience

Alhamdulillah, I just returned from my Umrah and couldn't be more grateful for the service provided by Haider from Kaabahtours. From the visa processing to the flights and ground transport, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. The team kept us updated at every step, making the entire journey stress-free so we could focus on our Umrah. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and organised experience!
