i got a sport bra,and i have to tell you that it doesn't look at all like the one it's advertised,the material is bad,the straps can be ajusted just at the back,not in the front like in the advertise,the size it doesn't match, has no support and the adhesive strap opens every time i jump. And i waited almoast 3 months, now when i try to contact the customer service i get an email back saying that the site doesn't exist !

Was horrified to read the comments AFTER I ordered but they arrived within 2 weeks as stated and am very happy with my trainers look great and very comfortable. Can't comment on the durability so far. They arrived in a bag rather than the usual box but but no signs of damage.
Tempted to order another pair in another colour!

What a rip off payed for two pairs of shoes over 3 months ago never received them I contact them and was told I'll receive my items in 7 to 10 days it has been about 5 weeks what a bunch of crooks.

Poor for any person who is working in a fraud website like Kaum. I wish l can rate zero star. Do not order anything from them. I purchased $19.95 for iphone case; 3 month waiting, nothing coming. It’s the worst experience !

Bought a phone case, paid by credit card but it never arrived. They are not contactable. Just blatant stealing your money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KAAUM.

I bought a pair of shoes. Chosen my standard 43EUR size. What I received is NoName, No size, no any stickers pair of shoe wich impossible to wear as the size is maybe 40-41EUR. I contacted Kaaum support - apparently, they have own understanding of sizes. Was recommended to sell it someone else and buy another one with a bigger size from Kauum with discount. I would not recommend Kauum to anyone.

I ordered a leather iPhone cover more than six weeks ago. Still have not received it, after many e-mails begging for it. My next option will be to contact my bank card company and my state Consumer Affairs Department.

They also sell under the Hizada.com brand. Don't buy anything from them! The product looks beautiful on the website, and they send cheap, plastic, smelly fakes that have nothing to do with the offer. I don't want to give money back, they don't accept returns. After exchanging many e-mails, we offered a refund of $ 3 for shoes for which I paid $ 39.99, and were worth maybe $ 5. I warn you - they catch naive people for a beautiful advertisement, and they send trash.

Finally, contacted PayPal to file dispute. In reading the reviews, I see that I am one of several hundred victims of this internet advertisement and theft scheme. DO NOT BUY FROM KAAUM!!

I ordered from a company called Luckm. A month ago. I spent $25 for a cell phone case that never showed. Is this the same bunch of thieves? Where is a good lawyer already to sue these crooks? I’m in if you find one.

Given 1 star but wanted to give a zero for this ripoff company. The phone case wouldn’t take more than one credit card. I eventually got a return address from them which turned out to be the wrong address. Paypal were useless and found in the seller’s favour even though I sent a proof of postage to Paypal. Absolute and total scam. Don’t buy from them. Very disappointed with PayPal too.

Ordered a phone case from them via Breitbart ad on May 7. Over a month now and I have not received it. I think they are a fraud. I emailed but do not expect a response based on what I'm seeing in these reviews. I will see if PayPal will credit but I assume I lost $20. I have also notified Breitbart that they are a fraud and they should not allow them to advertise on their site.

Their website is beautiful and their products look great. But apparently they are either from China - which is probably the case - thats why it takes so long to ship, or they are a fraud. I am so tired of these China companies and their false marketing. Ive been burned by RoseGal and others. I want to know BEFORE I order if I am ordering from a Chinese company.

I waited two months to get a iPhone case and it doesn’t fit my phone as the advertised. I contact them and they ask for me to send them a picture of the item. I sent it to them and they said they sent me the correct item. Now they will not respond to my emails.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order on March 27th 2020. Today is June 14th. I still have NOT received my order. I have been in contact with customer support many times! They have told me,"your order has left for destination country." After 3 times asking where is my stuff, I asked for a refund. I asked for a refund 3 times and every time I asked their response was,"we cannot issue a refund because your order has not been delivered." I opened a case with PayPal to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

PayPal just gave me my money back. I never received my order. Kaaum's support still says they cannot refund me because my order still tracks and has not been delivered. STAY AWAY!

It’s fraud.
I ordered via PayPal in April. Contacted them twice via email in May as product not received. They did not respond.
Thankfully I’d used PayPal so contacted via PayPal, they responded with a lie that they had responded to my emails. It’s now mid June still no product and no refund. I’m sure PayPal will set this right for me .... be warned about kaaum- it’s FRAUD
