I ordered a product which tomorrow makes a month and still have yet to receive anything, I have tracked the product several times and it’s still in transit which it has been since the beginning. No movement and still have not received, I reached out several times with no response but yet my card was charged immediately after I ordered!!!! It is not fair to take advantage of ppl no matter what amount it is and I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered which I normally do because ppl can’t be trusted!!! Lesson learned, never again will I trust another site that has advertising of scam filled businesses!! I want my product or my money refunded!!! Ppl be aware there is another company called Ravdazz which they maybe one in the same company because I ordered from them around the same time and still have not received anything as well, the worst thing U can do is take advantage of someone and think there will not be any kind of backlash!!! Product or money is what I want, reading these reviews should make anyone think before they ever buy anything from either of these scammers!!!!

No credibility with them. They hide under many names and they speak with a foreign Asian accent...probably Chinese scums. My order came finally after an eternity and with two different sizes. After my initial complaint, and I had to prove it to them??? I was told that it would be too expensive to fix the problem and send the right size that was ordered. They were willing to give a 25% discount, and that was the only option.

I wish I had googled them before i sent them my money. Turned resolution over to PayPal, but I expect my $23.95 is gone.

They have been responding via email. That said, their responses make little to no sense. The URL linked shows a freight company but they keep referring to being stuck in the Post Office -- huh? I wonder if the URL for freight is a real company ... but at this point, if you are reading this wondering "should I" -- my advise is "no."

I ordered 2 phone covers 6 weeks ago, have yet to see anything at all. Tracking number is bull sh** won't return any emails...but took my 40 dollars tho. Rip off company nothing but a scam!!!! Don't ever buy anything from these punk as* bitc***

Kaaum are fraud only got caught for a pair of shoes luckily, but I'm sure there are people who are more out of pocket don't go near these's scum bags shouldn't be allowed

Kaaum is a fraud company, they go by numerous names. They charge for Orders immediately then NEVER ship any product. I've emailed them 6 times with the same, boilerplate response, your order is in process of shipping. Total LIE & SCAM.

The most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Arrived in good time and beautifully packaged. Cant believe all those complaints are genuine.

Item never received despite money being paid. avoid them.

Horrible rip off thieving robbing people , my brother is a lawyer who specialises in fraud,my brother and I ordered items from this company who have found loopholes in retail transfers, we done so just to gain evidence at how fraudulent these scumbags are and I will be posting an email address for everyone who feels they have been robbed soon,when I do so please contact us as I love taking scum like this down. I bought a luxury pure leather iPhone case I have waited weeks and it is not the one advertised. It is worth about 2.00.
They are based in China which the advert did not say.
Do not buy from these they are a con company.

Ordered a product 7 weeks ago. Did not receive. Have tried to track the status but it is jus BS. For 5 weeks they have been telling my order is on a plane!!!!!
The information that they give is meaningless.

Worst company I have been dealing with. Avoid.

I waited 8 weeks for my shoes to arrive onoy to find that they are the wrong shoes and the wrong size, I have sent numerous emails to their customer service without getting an answer.
