Poor Customer Service
It took too long for a reply, which said it was nothing to do with Kaboodle, but I was told to contact you by Wychwood.
Between you, this is a failure in customer service terms.
I have considered this initial review and raised it by a star. It took nearly/over 48 hours for a response, which was simply saying it wasn't Kaboodle's responsibility. That might be within their published response times, but it isn't quick enough for customers who don't understand the subtleties of transferred responsibility for a small category of ticket (and which Kaboodle were responsible for last year).
