Do not stand behind their product!!

They are not easy to deal and do not stand behind their product. I tried to return or send back for fixing, a boot that zipper came apart on. Boots were not even worn for a full month, he got them at Christmas , started wearing the week after. Zipper split before the end of January and company REFUSED to deal with problem stating it was past the 30 days! No grace at all even though this was a manufacturing defect. Recommend you do not buy ,for 2 reasons actually. #1…poor company service! #2….American company ( realized this too late unfortunately).

This site is a complete fake

This site is a complete fake and positioned to completely deceive and rip you off. Firstly, it represents itself as a U.S. domestic company. Not so. They are located in China. If you desire to return your fake item, the customs fees you are required to pay, (Kaegreel does not honor its guarantee) is considerably more $$ then the items are worth. Total RIPOFF

You must pay for returns to China

Bought a pair of boots and pair of slippers. Slippers are too small. Boots fit left foot ok but right one digs into my ankle. Contacted company to return. They suggest I donate the items, and they will give me $7 and a 20% discount to try again. Returns are not free (which is ok), but have to be sent back to China. I'm out $80. Lesson learned. Stick with Amazon folks.

Shoes arrived and were too small

Shoes arrived and were too small. They misstated the US size on their website. They're making exchanging a nightmare, refusing because I ordered shoes too small. They also offered a piddling refund and discount if I ordered another pair. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Kaegreel = Money In The Trash

Don't fall for their ads. Kaegreel sounds like some boutique Scandinavian manufacturer, right? Think again. A knock-out seller from China. Products online look interesting, in person, the cheapness shows, too small. Want to return it because it doesn't fit? Prepare to spend about what you paid for the item to ship it back to China, totally on you. But don't despair. They will give you a coupon for 30% off the highly-inflated price of the next item you buy from them that won't fit. Avoid getting stuck in an asset-depleting loop and move on.

return problem

It took 8 weeks to get two pairs of size 12 shoes. One fit fine but I could not get my feet in the other pair - too small. They asked me if I could "keep or transfer your shoes?" They then wrote, "For your order, we paid high product and logistics cost, but did not get high profit. I hope you understand and support this." What?! Company insists I pay return shipping and any tariffs. They will not refund if the package has even one cent due when they receive it. How do I even pay the tariffs?! Seems like a guarantee I will not get a refund. Their emails are slightly threatening in tone. I've never heard such nonsense. AVOID KAEGREEL!!!

Con artists, China scammers! They are a scam

There's not enough space here to tell you all the things that is wrong with this company. I was going to copy and paste their direct correspondence with me but this site won't let me needless to say they stole my money sent me some broken boots and then told me that I have to pay to return them to them myself and they offered me a $6 refund and a 20% credit on a new pair of shoes that I could buy from them and that maybe I could sell them. That's their advice maybe I could sell their broken boot that they sent me the inside of the boot has a ridge in those footbed like the bottom of the shoe is broken or something and they wanted me to take pictures of it which was near impossible because it's inside the shoe on the footbed how am I going to take a picture of that. If you look online you'll see that they have a horrible reputation and everybody should remember the name Kaegreel is not a reputable company.b they are actually one of these companies out of China that are just out to scam people. Bill somebody $79 for a pair of boots send them broken boots and it's in an opposition to their own clearly stated refund policy right on their page that if it's a defective product they will have it sent back to them and a refund issued within 7 Days of receipt they told me I couldn't even mail it back unless they gave me the address and they won't give me the address to mail them back and they said that any if I try and mail them to any other address like the address they came from it would be considered a fraudulent return and so therefore would exclude the return. Fortunately I did buy them through Klarna. I have opened a case with them because usually they have repeatable stores on their website it's why I trusted this this particular store without looking up reviews on it but obviously you're just going to have to look up reviews on any store out there but this one has terrible reviews obviously I'm not the first person this has happened to you it's just really bad timing for our family and I just want to prevent anybody else from going through this with these con artists.

Kaegreel - Don't buy shoes from them

I wear a size 13 wide. I ordered a size 13 wide from Kaegreelcom. The shoe was definitely not a real wide like you get from Nike, Skechers or any real shoe company. I requested to return them and this is what I got from Kaegreel. What a scam!

We apologize for the inappropriate shoe size. You order KG84829. After the inquiry, your order purchased two items, which items do you want to return? There are different size charts for our corresponding shoes, the size fits, can you keep or transfer your shoes? We have applied for compensation and discounts for you. We would like to compensate you with an exclusive coupon of $5 and 20%. With this coupon you can buy new matching shoes.
For your order, we paid high product and logistics cost, but did not get high profit. I hope you understand and support this.

Return made extremely difficult and required I pay tariff

I have had the same experience as others in trying to return a pair of shoes that were clearly not the ordered size (namely, to keep the shoes and offering a discount on another pair of shoes). On top of that, they told me I needed to pay a tariff. But gave little other information. This is all clearly to try to persuade me from returning the shoes. Here is what they said in an email:

Please be responsible for the declared value tariff of the returned package :

If you want to fill in the declared value after the real value, please pay the tariff of the package before you send the package out. If the package we receive incurs a different cost, we will refuse to sign it. You need to make sure the returned package is free when we sign it, thank you!
We will process your refund as soon as we receive the return and the refund will be sent back to your payment channel. When you have completed the return, please provide the return tracking number for faster processing of your refund.

Shoes are very uncomfortable and fit…

Shoes are very uncomfortable and fit poorly. Yet the company refuses to issue full credit blaming me for the problem. They instead offer a small refund and a coupon for my next purchase. Don't do business with these people. I wish I had looked at reviews before I bought.

I bought three pairs months ago and have never received. They blame the delivery agent. And don't care. Their 39 day guarantee money backnis total BS. Their customer service is pathetic!!!

I’ve had a really positive experience…

I’ve had a really positive experience with Kaegreel.
Their customer service rep, Kelly, was able to update the shipping address on my order after I’d already placed it. I was quite worried it’d be delivered to my old address and disappear, but I emailed Kaegreel and they got back to me almost immediately. Kelly then sent me a revised receipt showing my current address. Top-notch service!

I tried to track my order and then noticed I’d given the wrong email address. Despite my mistake, the shoes showed up the very next day. It was my impatience that started the whole conversation, but Amy was so understanding about how excited I was. Everything is perfect now. Thank you!

Do not buy from Kaegreel

Do not buy from Kaegreel. can’t believe I fell for their persistent ads. Boots are uncomfortable. Takes multiple emails to get a return address. And it’s in China. They keep trying to tempt you to keep them with small, increasing refunds and discount on replacement. Total scam.

Fast Response

I was really impressed with how quickly Amy jumped in when I reported a problem with my delivery. I got a message saying my shoes had been delivered inside the front entrance of my apartment building, but when I got home later that night, they were missing. I checked all three entry points, the lobby, mailroom, package room, and even the common area—nothing.

Amy emailed to say he’d follow up with the carrier and get more precise info from the driver. Knowing they were actively investigating helped a lot, especially since we’ve had “Delivered” show up a day early before. The next morning, I stopped by the leasing office to ask about camera footage, and they told me a package had just been brought in from the back doors. A kind tenant must have moved it inside to keep it safe.

Best of all, the shoes themselves are perfect: beautiful dark blue, very warm, super comfortable, and true to size. Amy did everything right on their end; the delivery driver just chose the wrong door in a very large building.
