The Police should be onto these…

The Police should be onto these crooks!! They are taking money for orders but customers aren’t receiving products. You can’t contact them because they don’t reply. They continue to advertise to entice you buy more off their website. Why has nothing been done to stop this company, straight out theft!!

Still waiting for my order and no response from Kagi

I placed an order on October 6th and received confirmation that it had been shipped via Aramex However, the tracking hasn’t updated at all, and the parcel has still not arrived.

I’ve emailed and also sent messages through their contact form and Instagram, but it’s been over 48 hours with no reply. It’s really disappointing to have such poor communication, especially after paying $89.99.

I just want an update on my order or a refund if it hasn’t been sent. Hoping someone from Kagi finally responds.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience - need a zero rating. This was my second order ( previous one a few years ago and they sent a substitute that I didn’t like so they gave me a $100 credit ) but this one is the worst. No communication when I ask for a correct tracking number, phone disconnected and total ghosting. I’m in Australia and will be out of pocket greatly. Totally unacceptable and disappointing when I’ve had Kagi for many years and DID love their range. I’ll keep trying until I get some result, or I’ll go to my bank for a refund. Never again. Sad 😢

I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
Took my order, gave tracking number within an hour then heard nothing. Finally after 10 days, and after I’d filed a police report at the request of my bank. I got an email saying some products were out of stock so they would give me a credit. They posted 3 items. I said I don’t want a credit and have had no response after a week. When I opened the package, one pair of earrings were incorrect so I’ve requested a refund for them but haven’t heard. 2 of my products I finally received were the correct kagi earrings and you can tell, they were original good quality stock. Would never purchase from them again. Terrible company, scammed me the whole time, from ordering to now trying to get my money back for out of stock and incorrect products.

Do not buy from kagi.co.nz

I ordered $99 necklace and received same day order email confirmation, with shipping stated as Standard Courier 1-3 days. 5 days later I received a NZPost tracking number by email. I contacted NZPost after 8 further days and they confirmed that only a number had been issued, but with no pick up. Friends showed me a Newstalk NZ article about Kagi and their very poor reputation for delivery so I was concerned. I emailed Kagi twice querying where my order was but did not receive any response. My order finally arrived yesterday. I consider myself lucky it actually arrived.
I would give no stars if I could, their service is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. A pity because the website is very attractive.
