Customer service is great, app could improve

Customer service is great, easy to get in touch and book calls with them, not like other platforms.

However, this platform could improve a lot just with a few changes. I have been an online coach for over 13 years and used every single platform out there so I know what is missing and it is just very small details that could be fixed/added very quick.

I have already given them feedback let's see if they work on it to fix the issues

Shear has been incredibly helpful on…

Shear has been incredibly helpful on both calls I have had with her. The first was just a few technical issues and the other was for the branding of our app. Not only did she talk me through it over the call, but she also sent several help links with videos. She made everything super easy.

Issue with account FIXED

Payment processing error and inefficient support yeam

Their payment system keeps giving me the payment processing error when I try to make the payment. I seeked help from kuhanas support team and they aren’t helping, it’s been four days now and they still can’t sort out what is causing the error, also it takes them a ~24 hours to reply each of my message. Im highly disappointed .

After reviewing your case, we can see your first message reached us on October 8th, and our team responded the same day requesting details to investigate. Once you confirmed your coach’s name and role as a client, we escalated your case to our development team to look into the payment session issue, which appeared to be related to an invalid or expired checkout session.
While we were working on this in the background, we understand it was disappointing not to have a faster resolution or clearer updates during this time. That’s on us we can see how the 24-hour response times added to your frustration, and we’re taking steps to improve our response speed when technical investigations are involved.
We’re glad to hear your coach was able to help you resolve the issue, and we’ll continue to look into the root cause to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future. Your experience helps us identify areas where we can improve both our systems and our communication.

I just had an introductory call with Pam, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and supportive. Pam gave me a comprehensive view of the platform and helped me unlock new features which will boost the service to my clients; Pam's support here has all but confirmed my use of this platform after my trial ends.

Super intuitive app
The app is very simple to use, team is very helpful too! I had a call with Pam to show me everything about Kahunas as I wanted to make sure I am using the app to its full potential. Pam was extremely helpful and asked all of my questions

The onboarding call was excellent

The onboarding call was excellent. Shear helped me understand every feature with patience and goodwill. I was able to discover features that I didn't know or that I was using incorrectly.
Overall is an excellent tool that is making my days easier when working with my clients.
