I have been using your MSM crystals for…
I have been using your MSM crystals for years. Even in China where I now live. Getting them inside China though is challenging.
This year, my wife and I were able to go on holiday in another country. From this place I was able to place my first order, then receive it within 10 days! Ha! So wonderful!!
Our time on holiday is coming to a close soon, so I placed yet another order ... hoping it would arrive before leaving. That is what happened!
Additionally, there were some much needed products being offered without charge when my order was placed. As a result, I was able to secure some very valuable additions to what I ordered.

Your MSM is an excellent product
Your MSM is an excellent product. I have used it for over a decade. Great for reducing, then eliminating joint pain WHEN used regularly. Great for the skin also. Ordering from your site was a serious challenge though. Repeatedly when entering my country name, my browser crashed. I nearly decided to give up on ordering from you. However, my wife noticed you had a WhatsApp connection, so I requested your assistance. I expected a reply within a short time, however … it took about 24 hours before anyone replied. Again, I nearly quit. Alas, someone assisted me with ordering. However, there was no mention of getting an express delivery service so my order was sent by PostNL. There really should have been an attempt to offer express service since I had been trying to order from you for several months. After the order was sent I was given a link to track the package but after the 11th all tracking details stopped until I advised you of this. So … another link with much more detail was sent to me. This is when I discovered the product had been in the post office four days earlier! So … as a whole … though you have an excellent product, the customer service was well below average … unexpectedly and regrettably.

Therefore we are learning to work with this feature ourself and unfortunatelly we were not able to respond to your message within a reasonable time period, we apologize for this and try to improve in the future.
Unfotunatelly there is no option for an express delivery on our website (yet). We are forced to use PostNL for parcels outside of the EU since GLS cannot deliver outside of the EU. I would like to ask that if you would request an express delivery in the future you can send a direct email to me (jari@kala.nl) so I can personally assist you further with your request.
i would like to ask if you could provide us with the browsername and countryname so we can contact our web developers to look into the crashing problem.

Fantastic care and speed.
I needed supplements for my new health plan but was unsure what all options conveyed, Kala advised me greatly and ensured I picked products that were tailored to my specific needs. I would've ordered something less useful for my desire if it wasn't for them.
After their consult, I placed the order through their website. Very happy with it, quick and reliable. Feel a lot better as well.
