Never order from this company! Not as advertised. And the return is impossible!

They are a scam!! I ordered 4!!! They only sent 1!!! Buy 2 get 2 free!! I was so excited to get them and I got a cheap plastic piece of shit! And pictures are deceiving!!! You can fit it in your palm and the picture shows it big! Cheap plastic and it’s not a flickering flame!! It’s bullshit!! I’m so pissed off!! I want my money back!!

Do NOT buy this product. Complete scam. Should have done my due diligence. Lesson learned.

Be very careful before you spend your money!! I ordered the lanterns and in the pictures they appear much larger in size as it shows an adult needing to pick one up using both hands. I purchase 2 and they came in a small package. Expensive for what you get! Cheap plastic and I could hold one lantern up with 3 fingers. When I tried to return, the shipping cost more than the product to ship back to China. I should’ve known better! But hopefully this will save someone else the $ and frustration.

I order the flam light for a special even for us, the presentation from the lamp, is not what i get.
I get a cheap little plastic lamp. Kaliqo was not helpful, the send me 30% off my money back, but not the full amount.
This is a fraud.

i ordered the product on August 8th-never came, August 27th contacted them-they said it was out for shipment, never came, I asked for reimbursement and to cancel, they said no it's too late to cancel and they will ship again-that was October 14th, it's November 20th never came, In the process of filing a dispute with my credit card company. What i have learned-don't buy things advertised on Instagram, i have constant problems with things advertised and not following through. Never getting the product.

I ordered the solar lamp bundle near the end of August. I received a confirmation with a link to track the package, except the link was broken. I'm mid-september I inquired about the status of my shipment and was told I'd receive it in the coming days. Again, I received a confirmation with a broken track package link. After a few days I requested my money back and was told that once shipped the company couldn't refund payment until the product was delivered. For the past 6 weeks I've tried communicating with Kaliqo and received the regular status: the product was shipped and they're tracking the package, but there's never an update or solution. I will never buy from this company again and will let others know my experience. The long and short of it: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I didn't read reviews before ordering. Same as everyone else, ordered solar lanterns. On website look like size of basketball. Package was smaller than loaf of bread. Never opened after it took over 2 months of back-and-forth emails. Requested return and refund. Would not provide prepaid label, want to return to Chine instead of US address.

I paid for the 11 inch clear lanterns and even took photos of the sale product at the time.
I received the 4in frosted plastic priduct, not at all what I’m looking for.
I contact the co which immediately replies back and gaslights me, saying it was my “confusion” and I could return the item to CHINA with all costs to me. Then they’ll give me a refund after they receive it (highly doubt at this time that would ever happen).
They’re deceptive terrible toxic and predatory co that is doing this to most of its purchases and should be sued into poverty.

Total fraud. They depict glass lanterns, quite large in size, larger than a basketball that requires two hands, but when the item arrives, it is a small, cloudy plastic bowl, the size of a grapefruit. Further, half of the lamps don’t work, and shipping takes weeks, not days. When confronted, they deny any fraud and wont remedy or refund. Must sue these guys

This company is a total scam. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
I ordered the solar powered flame lamp which was advertised as a buy one get one free special. What I ended up with was a single dollar store lamp. Size was ridiculously small and no second one. They totally misrepresent the item and I feel slimed that I paid for this item at all.

Would definitely put 0 if I could. What a shocking company.

Kaliqo uses deceptive advertising. They show pictures of large lanterns that take two hands for a man to pick up. In reality they fit in the palm of your hand. They also look like they have clear glass. Reality is that it’s frosted plastic. The lanterns are so cheap. Save your money. This is a total scam

The lights look nice and they're bright and long-lit, but only around half the size they appear to be in the ads. I still like them, but the bigger problem is there is no access to the battery powering it, meaning they need to go in the garbage as soon as it will no longer hold a charge (about a year in my general battery experiences). The latter is a common complaint of mine in lighting and other devices: when you're charging so much, how much does it cost to put in an opening panel so you can change the battery?

You know its bad enough our government screws us. Now everything you buy online has to be researched so you don't get screwed. This product is cheap and very small although they show pictures where the product is 10 times the size. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

Very deceptive advertising. They look like glass lanterns but they are plastic. They look way bigger than actual size. Definitely not worth what I paid.

Item is not what I ordered these are cheap and a rip off scam

I ordered two outdoor solar lamps on 14th September 2025. Tracking never updated and showed the items as still sitting in China three weeks later on 7th October. When I contacted the company, they said there had been an 'unexpected delay' and I would receive them shortly. However, tracking still hadn't updated ten days later so I contacted them again on 16th and was told I would get a refund as the items had never been dispatched. It's now 31st October - I'm still waiting for my money back (over £50) and have now had to raise a dispute with Visa which I may not win. I feel as though I've been scammed.

Total scam. Ordered 2 large glass & metal solar lanterns for $70. I received 2 tiny plastic lanterns. Total bait & switch - the product they sent was laughable! Before ordering, I checked their return policy and address (they list returns go to CA. on their website). They said "thats an old address" and wanted the return sent to China, which is obviously too expensive, probably more than I spent on the crummy product.
