Awful product. Just received the lamps and I’m so disappointed and I feel completely mislead and let down by the product. The lamps are small and plastic. Very clever and misleading marketing - What a rip off!

Size is not even close to what they picture on Facebook Ad!!

The lanterns are definitely much smaller than they appear in the ad. Mighty cute though even with frosted glass the flame affect is good. They look fabulous on my small balcony. The rope definately fits in with our nautical theme. Adds a good vibe for an evening drink on a hot night.

The advertising for Kalico Flame Lamp is very misleading! The pictures in the ad make the item look much larger than it is! Much larger!!!
The height measurement is misleading as well. Their measurement include the height of the rope when it’s pulled straight up…very misleading.
Also the picture shows the candle area has a clear cover not a frosted one as it truly has! So you don’t see the fire like light as you do in the ads. Again very misleading.
It’s cheaply made; the price is ridiculously high!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The refund policy stated on the website says that they will pay for shipping and return the items to a California address. When I contacted them, they said that they do not pay for shipping and I need to ship it to China, which would cost more than the purchase.
I have written to the company several times with the same lame excuse that the website does not say they will pay for shipping the return.
I have reported them to Shopify, which is how they collect money. You should report them to Shopify as well.

JUST DON'T - Just stay away from this store. I fell into the trap and received 4 lamps that are such poor quality I can only laugh about it. I’ve been scammed, and I can live with that, but please – just stay far away!

Kaliqo is using pictures that are not representive for the product you receive. Very smal lamps and the glass is not bright but matt.

Absolutely false advertising. The video and pictures make the laterns look two to three times bigger than they really are. These are very small and not worth the money. Highly suggest not purchasing these lamps.

The product they sent was not what they showed or described on their website. In addition it took over a month to get it

Ordered these lanterns thinking they were larger, first of all the company tried to deliver 3 times, after I had sent them the correct address…..I was out of town when they were delivered, so so disappointed with the “lanterns”, they were only 5 1/2 inches tall, asked about refund and had to return them to China…..do not buy them, they are cheap and small!!!!

these look nothing like the ad. terribly deceiving. the lanterns are shown with a man holding it with two hands, and clear glass. i got 2 shrimpy opaque, plastic lanterns. look terrible! for $70.00! this company should be shut down.

If I could give a negative numbers I would. They are a complete fraud. I ordered August 8. Still hadn’t received my package by September 8. It never left China. They told me it was my problem and to contact the shipper AND THAT I COULD ARRANGE TO PICK IP THE PACKAGE

Take a look at the Photos... A Man is carrying the Solar Globe light with two hands. It is as big as a woman's head in another. HA. These $60+ Globe lights are the size of a regular lightbulb.
I recently submitted a complaint with the Attorney Generals office in Florida for Fraud.

Fake advertizing. The product is cheap and very small. Don't buy!

I really wish I had seen these reviews before ordering g the solar lanterns .
They are not at all , in any way , what is advertised . They are 12 cms tall, frosted plastic and the rope in the pics does not look like that or sit high .
You could be nicer lights than these at Bunnings for about 20% of the price .
I am so disappointed .

Saw ads for these lights and bought 8 of them with express 2-5 day shipping. When they hadn't arrived after 11 days, I contacted support to cancel but they said it was too late and I would have to return them once they arrived and I would get a refund. Keep in mind that Kaliqo's website says that returns are free within 30 days. Once product arrived, I contacted support, and instead of sending a label to their 'California Warehouse' as stated on their site, they wanted me to ship the package to China at my expense of ~$150. The product was also NOTHING like described; it was tiny and make of extremely cheap plastic that was already bubbled up. I contacted my credit card company and my state's SBI fraud team to get my money back.
