Very bad experience with their team. I did rent some filter l and I choosed an insurance with it on the website. Unfortunatly the gear broke during the shooting. When I ask for the insurance, they told me that it was not applicable, because their employee didn't put it in the invoice !!! That's inacceptable, since I can prove that I did select that insurance. Very unprofessional and the communication was nothing but despicable. Never ever gain.

I recently purchased a Nikon Z5 with a 24-70mm lens from Kamera Express, and the experience was fantastic. The staff were very helpful in answering my questions. 😊

the second hand cameras they sell are super expensive, sometimes 95% of the new price , I genuinely hate when someone sells a used item at ridiculous price,
example they are selling fujifilm xs-10 for 779 euro
I bought it new 2 years ago for 849 from thier store lol
should be 500 euro max

I bought a second-hand camera from Kamera Express and it looks & feels like brand new, I absolutely love it! I made a mistake when completing the purchase but managed to correct it with the help of the customer service team. It took a few phone calls and a few back-and-forth emails, but everything was solved in the end and everyone was very friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a good experience and I will for sure order from Kamera Express all the photography gear I need in the future!

Ordering was super easy and everything was delivered fast! During the process I had to reach out to their customer service and they were super nice and helpful which helped me place the order quickly.

The delivery was smooth and easy, all the products seemed carefully packed and nothing was damaged.

Ordered over 10 products and all were in stock which was a great relief.

I have been toying with the idea of trading in my SLR for a mirrorless, so I sent out requests for offers. Kamera Express replied within days with an approximate yet clear indication of the exchange value, making my decisions easy. So, I made an appointment.

I was dazzled as I entered their store. The showcases displayed all the top-end brands, including cameras and lenses I would give an arm and a leg for but could not afford. It made me feel rather sheepish with my cropped-frame SLR.

However, the salesperson was down-to-earth, professional, and cordial. He paid ample attention to set me at ease and had the final offer on the table in no time.

The camera and lens I chose in exchange were not on-site but took just a day to arrive. A second salesperson helped me this time. I obviously had a few queries. Now, I have been using SLRs since 1977 and thought I knew a thing or two. Besides, I had also done my due diligence beforehand. But his knowledge was simply phenomenal.

To sum it up, despite my relatively humble purchase, I was made to feel no less than a truly valued customer. I appreciate how professional and knowledgeable the salespersons are; most importantly, they listen to you. Further, I was left reassured about a worthwhile purchase. The misgivings I nurtured on the tidy sum spent disappeared.

They assisted me in figuring out what I needed, and since what I was looking for wasn't available in the branch, I ended up ordering online.
