Scammers! I ordered a windscreen for a microphone off your website and while it did state on the site that the item was not in stock, it didn't indicate a delivery time. I ordered the item regardless thinking at most it would take a week. I waited a week following my purchase and contacted your customer services on the 4th September for the delivery times since you seem unable to provide this any other way. The person I spoke with advised me at the time, it would still take another 2 weeks for delivery since the items wasn't in stock. 2 WEEKS!!! For an item smaller than my hand. I promptly cancelled my order with the person on the phone and they advised I would get a refund in the following few days and an email advising me of my cancelled order. I have not received either and in fact, I received an email from DHL to say its on the way. I DO NOT WANT THIS ITEM, I CANCELLED MY ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!! I again called your customer services about this and was advised that when I originally called, it was impossible to cancel the order because it was in transit. What kind of dumb excuse is that?! It's in transit. I don't care if it's on the moon, I called to cancel, was told it was cancelled and now I'm being told it was impossible. WHAT. THE. F***! Now, I will have two of these items, one which came OVERNIGHT from Amazon and the other which took nearly 4 WEEKS to get here from Germany through Kamera Express (maybe consider dropping the Express part in your name). If you read this review, please consider this and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. They will mess you around, won't care about your needs or your custom and are quick to say 'Oh well, guess you will have to run around after us to get your money back'. Pathetic. I will never recommend this store to anyone, nor will I ever use this company again for anything. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I have ordered an item and yet, not send. I sent an email to know where is it, but yet no answer.
On the order payment it was said, that would have been sent in 1-2 days; 4 have past, and no new information. If you don’t have the item in your store, don’t put “available”, just simply say that is not available. So you don’t leave people waiting for important things, as I work with what I have ordered.
Very disappointed. Order n. 14901696. If today I will not have any updated, I will go through Paypal and ask the refund with them.

I am extremely disappointed with this…
I am extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order, paid in full, but never received the product. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I either received vague promises or was completely ignored.
Weeks have passed, and I still have no refund. During this time, I could have used the money for more important needs or even earned income if I had received the product as expected.
Now I am forced to consult a lawyer and file a complaint with Dutch consumer protection authorities.
Very unprofessional and careless service. I do not recommend this company at all.

A used sony a6000 is 475 euro on their website .on Ebay is literally less than half the price . The camera is 12 years old and doesn't worth that much at all

Bought a digital camera on 8th May and still haven’t received any shipping details after 4 days except for my order number. No updates or anything. Seeing all the reviews of delayed shipments just makes me so worried! I just hope to be able to get it before the end of the month where I can take it to travel!

Very Bad customer service
I’m really disappointed with my experience. I placed an order on March 9, and it still hasn’t been shipped. I’ve contacted customer service TWICE by email asking for a cancellation, but received no reply AT ALL. This level of service is frustrating and unacceptable. I no longer need the item and want a proper response and resolution.

Everything but good service, i’ve been waiting for a month to get my money refunded, every week they keep saying its being processed but and that i will get it in 2 to 4 days but still no refund of my money. Really bad company for the wait i get a 20 euro voucher, well keep your stupid voucher and give me my money back!!!

Avoid these guys! Absolutely terrible service.
I ordered a replacement part for one of my Godox lights. They listed on their website that it was in stock. I later found out that it actually wasn’t in stock and that it had to be ordered from their supplier. I agreed to wait and then 4 months passed before I received the item (which is weird because when I order from china it takes around 1-2 weeks). They didn’t attempt to keep me updated about my order either, I had to keep asking them.
When I finally received the part after waiting for so long I found that it was defective and did not work at all.
I contacted the company and they said I need to send it to them for repair. They were not willing to send me a new one or give me a refund. The part was only £19 but I’m fed up of spending nearly half a year on this and losing out on using my equipment. It has cost my far more in the long run.
This company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

Selling used products as new
Ordered two new tubelights. One came in incomplete and with clear signs of prior usage while the other one has a faulty battery.
No response from their customer service. Truly a bad, dishonest experience. Will not return there anymore!

Disappointing Experience
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. First, I went to have my film camera photos developed. They emailed me saying the photos were ready, but when I arrived, I was told they had all turned out black. I ended up going to another shop, where I got my pictures quickly and without any issues.
Next, I ordered a product at the beginning of the month, only to receive no updates for 20 days. When I finally emailed them to ask about my order, I was informed that the product was no longer available.
Instead of issuing a refund, they suggested I buy a different product for an additional €40-one that wasn't remotely similar to what l originally ordered.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding their services altogether. l

Do yourself a favor
Do yourself a favor, don't buy anything from them. and look for reliable seller out there. I placed an order on the 12 of November 2024 of 3 products. 2 received after some days, and the other one took them a almost 45 days to tell me that their supplier is out of stock. I asked for the cancellation of the item because I can't wait more months to get. Then asked of a refund of the same amount I paid for the Godox product that was not delivered. Until this date, and since 2 weeks, I am trying to get my refund, but no answer was received. I think I am scammed by this business and not sure if they will refund my 569,00 € for the Godox Kit. I am not even sure how to reach them. REFUND ME !

After writing this review, they contacted me the day after (the 10th Jan 2025), why you didn't do that earlier and solve the problem, why I have to send many emails without getting a response for weeks??
And what do you mean by "Regarding the order you placed, unfortunately we did not receive a correct payment from you"? What do you mean by correct payment? I received 2 items, and the 3rd didn't arrive after 45 days of waiting, then you said that the article is out of stock with you seller? I asked for a refund since that date, and nothing is received until now. REFUND ME for the article of 569,00 € !
UPDATE: TODAY 16 JAN 2025, Until now, there is no refund received. Its a pain to communicate with them. They rarely answer and sometimes no answer

KE - bad customer service when things go wrong
I bought and paid for a new GoPro with bundle pack in the Amsterdam store on 29 November 2024.
As that specific store did not have a unit in stock, it was arranged that the product would be delivered via PostNL the next day.
Of no fault of KE, the delivery was lost by Post NL.
That is where the bad experience started - not so much the store staff - but rather the back office process delays and various commitments made by both KE call centre agents and staff at the Amsterdam store to sort out the problem and get me the product that I bought on 29 November 2024.
On 27 December 2024, a courteous staff member at the Amsterdam store made 4 phone calls to the KE central warehouse to arrange delivery and secure a unit for me.
To prevent any further delays, we agreed that the delivery would be made to the store and I would pick it up from the store. He stated that the item should arrive on the next day being Saturday but that I should wait for Sunday to come in to collect. He did state that I should also wait to receive an email. With no email received once again I went into store today being Sunday.
Once again, I still do not have a solution and am yet to be a first purchase satisfied KE customer with product in my hand.
Today, a friendly staff member in the Amsterdam store (co-incidentally the same staff member who sold the product to me on 29 November 2024) stated that my allocated unit had not arrived in store yet.
She then checked in store and showed me that she had another/same unit in store but due to some internal system / code issue, she could not allocate the other unit (which was not reserved for another customer) to me and it being a Sunday, there is no-one in back office that could assist with the system issue.
The only solution she could offer was that I must come in tomorrow to hopefully sort out the problem and get, in my hands, the unit I paid for 1 month ago.
Quite frankly, I find this unacceptable that once again I must wait and go in yet another time into store to take delivery.
The problem seems to be the internal back office system/processes when things go wrong rather than the store staff trying to assist.
Tomorrow is another day and a month after I paid for the product.
Let’s see if I’m a happy customer tomorrow???
