Buyer Beware
Kandypens used to be a good company. Anytime I had an issue with my pen they were speedy at getting it taken care of. Today I discovered my vape pen is not working properly so I reached out to their customer service for assistance with a replacement and I was told that a fee of $110 has to be settled in order for them to replace my pen. What happened to lifetime replacement 🤔 I feel like they are scamming the consumer since this was never required before. I only paid $50 for the pen from their website why would I pay $110 for a supposed "free replacement."
Bought two of these
Bought two of these, one to replace the first that quit working. Talked to Brian back in March 2025 he said I'd be put on the list for a replacement. Emailed several more times with no response. Thanks for nothing. I liked my c box mini but will move on to a more reputable company.
How is it a lifetime warranty if there’s no customer service?
I have had a special K Kandy pen for the past decade. I have gone through several with the lifetime warranty. Even my girlfriend has one. They are top notch and I would tell anyone that a Kandypen is the best brand to have. Until recently… customer service has become non existent. When they do respond, they treat you like you are trying to scam them for a lifetime warranty that THEY offer. For a pen that costs $100, I can’t even get a response anymore when there’s an issue. Officially done with the brand after using for over a decade, even used an oura until it became painfully obvious there’s better options.

As promised to update: earlier today 1/6/25 just received my package and everything is excellent as expected, I wish I could add pictures) !! Man those 1 star did gave me a scare but im glad everything worked out perfectly I will update my review soon, as of ordering I placed an order I didn’t get the verification email and got nervous but 2 days later 1/5/25 I got an email from Kandypens with a tracking number (yes they already shipped my order so so far everything looks right, I will update as soon as I receive my package. Also everyone please make sure you don’t order from unknown supplier or FB IG etc and deal straight with them at their official website and im sure your order will be delivered. (4-5 days from ordering to receiving my package in this weather -18C … Highly recommend as before 👍

They took my money, gave me a shipping date, shipping date came and went, nothing, sent them multiple messages, no reply. Now having to go through Amex billing dispute to get my money back. Do not DO NOT buy things from these people.
Horrible customer service
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Kandy Pens. I purchased the Oculus three times, hoping for a functional product. However, each time I returned it for repairs, they sent back parts that were still damaged and defective. To make matters worse, they refuse to offer any refunds. Dealing with their customer service has been a complete nightmare. Avoid this company at all costs.

I purchased K-Vape Pro Black for $99.97. What a piece of you know what.
It never heated any loose material enough, it would clog and the glass mouthpiece would burn my mouth. If I lived in the US I would take this terrible company to court.
I told them this, and they sent me another one - this second device lasted 2 full charges then died with the same symptoms as above.

Don’t buy Kandy pens
Don’t buy Kandy pens if you want any customer service . Here customer service is a smokescreen. There are no returns, no refunds, no nothing. I bought a K pen last week and it wasn’t working. The mouthpiece would clog right away. I was dealing with their customer service, they gave me a bunch of things to try. Nothing worked. Very little vape. Wasted a few grams of material. I asked for a refund, no dice. Of course I opened the package. Total BS warrantee. I was ripped off.now I’m out over 100 dollars plus 20 bucks worth of smoking material. I would recommend not buying your vape products from Kandy pens.
Cbox Pro Failure Charging Issues
Owned 3 Cbox pro. 1st one worked for 1 year no problems. Finally died so I bought a new one. It worked for 1 month and then would no longer charge. No red charging light. Contacted customer service and they sent me a new one under the warranty. The 3rd pen worked for only 2 weeks and then same problem no red charging light and wont charge. I didn't bother to contact customer service again. Instead I bought a new pen from another company. I wrote a review on their website and it was deleted in 5 minutes. They won't even show reviews to read less than 4 stars. Obviously, they have issues with faulty pens and hide any reviews showing their problems. Lost me as a customer forever.

Will not provide warranty service unless I pay out of pocket to ship back product. I have had several of their pens break or stop working for no apparent reason. Would not recommend, there are lots of other options out their similar quality and cheaper.
Biggest waste of money on a vape ever
Called sales rep to find out why I couldn't find my preferred coils and was told the mini is discontinued. After explaining my needs I was suggested the crystal 2 which is a garbage pen. After receiving it and realizing I had been hosed I called customer service and was basically told I wasn't smart enough to vape. Then was told an insane list of steps to get it to "work". Nope, garbage. After about an hour it was clear everyone I spoke to knew exactly how horrible of a design it was and yet they recommend it highly to med patients calling for a replacement to the perfectly fine style they just discontinued. The price is insanely high for how low quality it is. They were more worried about making a sale on a very overpriced pen then they were about taking care of the customer.

I bought a K-Vape Pro in the summer of 2020 and it worked perfectly well for a couple years but stopped heating up recently. I emailed KandyPens explaining the issue and a customer service representative got back to me within two hours to determine my case's eligibility for the lifetime warranty on the battery (thank you, David!). He had clearly read what I sent rather than sending a boilerplate response and asked for a short video demonstrating what I described so he could confirm it was a battery issue. They shipped a replacement to me in London at no extra cost (arrived 15 February, so within two weeks). Really pleasantly surprised at this standard of customer service!

Purchased the C Box Mini and I can pull on it for an hour and not get a hit. I transfer the same cart to my $10 Yocan Kodo and I get a nice hit every time.

Premium prices and cut out exceptions to warranty. Like many others here I had the only charger sold with the pen I bought fail in less than two months after 2 charges. I was told to purchase an after market charger as this was not covered under the lifetime warranty advertised for the product. Premium prices typically signal premium customer service. That is not the case here

Deceptive practices and cheap hardware
The company manufactures cheap equipment and uses deceptive practices to cover up negative feedback. I've owned three of their devices and all have failed.
The first time I was told it was how I was cleaning it (even though I was using their supplies and directions). The next two items I followed the instructions to a T and they both failed.
When I tried posting reviews to warn other customers, my reviews were deleted and a support ticket was created. I was given a discount code to buy more of their unreliable devices and was basically blamed for not using them right. I explained I had not opened a ticket and asked that they put my reviews back up. Which of course never happened.
"NO" Customer Service
This company's customer service is a joke. They tout their "Lifetime Guarantee" on their products, but when these products fail (like the usb charger for my vape pen), they are considered "wear items" that will eventually fail. You don't hear that touted in the promotions for their merchandise. NEVER AGAIN, KandyPens!
