Terrible experience I order their 24k series dry herb vaporizer in a white and gold. What I received was a silver and white none working product. Customer service line leads to a voicemail. Emails with customer support has been back and forth for 2-3 weeks of no help no apology for the inconvenience and refuses refund. As the owner of this company I would be ashamed. 100% do not buy product does not meet promise and is paired with sub par customer service.

Terrible experience with them. I would recommend ordering from another company not these guys.

Update (5/4/20):
Chris (KandyPen) followed up after a few days and has made things right. At this point, I'm fine with their product. It's just their customer support is pretty slow. I've updated my rating accordingly.

First purchase was ok, but slow to arrive. Second purchase has been worse. Customer support is non-existent and *very* slow to respond, if at all. They indicated product was in-stock when I ordered (even via chat with them!) but after a couple of days with no update for my order sent an email to them. They did not respond for a couple more days so I opened a ticket. After another day waiting they told me that it's out-of-stock and "you must've missed our email". THERE WAS NO EMAIL FROM THEM. Chatted with Chris at kandypen yesterday. He looked into it and said it had not shipped and would cancel (per my request) and refund. An hour later they sent a "pre-shipment" notification and still have not shipped. I assume the pre-shipment is so they can charge the CC and not refund or cancel. Pretty underhanded and untruthful... avoid them.

My pen arrived, I loaded less the the suggested amount just to try the pen out. The pen got extreamly hot. So hot that if I would put it to my lips it would burn them. I decided to clean. It out and reload it , and try it again. Same problem. At this point I realized the product was leaking under the glass table and onto the coil. I hit up kandypens, and asked for some help. I sent pictures of the atomizer. I the got a response from kandypens starting I had loaded to much. Which is not true at all. They also said you cannot tip the pen when it is warm as it will leak into the air holes. For the price point this should not leak at all!!! Most expensive atomizer on market. Kandypens did offer to send me a new atomizer. They offered me the white one as the black one I paid for was not available ( even though I could purchase one on their website) The new atomizer arrived. Again I loaded leas then the amount recommended. The pen still get extremely hot after two sesh modes. The. The new atomizer produces a metallic almost chemical taste. That I can't quite place. I have yet to get this pen to produce even the smallest of hits. This pen is absolute trash. For the price point, and the fact there is no return policy, I'm left feeling like kandypens just ripped me off. Take your money somewhere else, buy a better pen.

I have had an amazing experience with Kandypens support team and customer service. My Rubi vape pen stopped working and they immediately sent me a new one. Very nice and quick to deal with.

I ordered the Oura from the US as there was a sale on. The products good but they put full price on the declaration and it cost nearly 50% of the purchase price to clear customs due to the VAT added. Really took the shine off a new purchase from a company I liked and had a few of their products. Wont be buying any more.

KandyPens caused many deaths and incurable diseases its mostly used by teens and children because KandyPen company target young people, they care less about the danger it might cause because its only for money after all, they should know that we people are humans, we don't deserve to be tricked into inhaling poison into our bodies, we should know the true harm it can cause, we should know what it contains, we should know that it can cause physical harm, the KandyPen company should stop targeting people and children also teens through music, ads, and many more ways that can change people idea about something.This can no longer continue targeting other people can change an entire family.

it is ridiculous that less than two minutes after ordering they will not cancel my order, and instead tell me to return it less shipping so they can then charge me shipping and handling of 30 Dollars for a tiny item. Shame on them for their shady business practice. We will be contacting our credit card company and the better business bureau about their practices.

Ordered a pen and received huge scam of $600 on my credit card, do not order from kandypens website . scamming cheaters , DO NOT ORDER ...... don’t be a sucker like me and get scammed

Bought a Rubi... I received it on time and without an issue. After proceeding to check my account, I noticed an unauthorized charge and canceled my card. I didn't put two-and-two together at first, so when the battery died, I ordered a new one from them, and well... another few unauthorized charges. I canceled my card once more. Overall, the Rubi works well, but everything goes wrong with the security of payments. I will not be ordering from them anymore. The unauthorized payments ranged from $25 all the way to $600. Do NOT trust this website, buy from another site that respects their customers enough to provide reliable ways of payment.

Right after I purchased a vape pen from them, I got a $1000 credit card scam. I looked on reddit and other forums to see if anyone else had this issue. Apparently, it is a very well known thing about this company. It’s a company in China disguised as an American company. They also used glue for their atomizers. They will take your credit card information and USE it!

Ordered the Miva last month, and it shipped fast within 2 days! :)

We use it when we're out for walks or in certain restaurants. Obviously we use it at home too lol.

You get a real bang for your buck with the Miva, I plan on getting one for my dad so maybe it'll help him stop smoking. (Stubburn smoker of 25 years) One can only try right? haha.

Kandypens.com is an amazing website. Kandypens provides stress relief instruments through an ecommerce website. Consumers are able to order any of the instruments worldwide!

Amazing security on the website, SSL, and lots of trust certificates instill a lot of confidence in the site when I was on the checkout page. :)
