Parking from Heathrow

I have used this company twice, once for 2 months and another for 3 months. The price seemed excellent value, however twice car came back filthy, dashcam unplugged and not working correctly, and I noticed after I left airport front number plated broken.
Collection and delivery can be a little late poss due to local traffic.

The driver was very friendly and…

The driver was very friendly and polite. My only slight complaint about this company is that it took 45 minutes for the driver to arrive when I dropped the car off. I’m not saying this was the driver’s fault, I don’t know why this happened. I was told by the main office that it would be 20 minutes, and when I tried to call them to see what was happening, my call wasn’t answered for a long time. This was quite stressful when I still had to check in for my flight. Maybe it was just a busy day for them, but it would be good to be kept informed of any delays, to lower my stress levels!

This is amazing

This is amazing, efficient and courteous. We arrived earlier than our booking time and were still accommodated with a smile. Nissanka is awesome.

I would not even hesitate to book this again!

I can’t fault my experience with this service.

Yes upon reading some of these reviews my car was a little delayed in being dropped back- but I was kept up to date the entire way through the collection and drop off process and noted it was during busy periods and there is traffic surrounding Heathrow.

I was met by Danny - he told me where the car would be as I was thinking about the range my car had for my return- and he filled me with such confidence in leaving my car safely in his hands as I just appreciated the honesty.

The only point I would raise is both the drop off and pick up car parking charge is your responsibility to pay which was not in the T’s and C’s and therefore extra to what you pay up front which I’m not sure is the same with every company but made this more expensive than some others. However, I would take that knowing the care is looked after.

The responsiveness of all phone calls was immediate too.
Thanks Danny and team. Will use again. x

Brilliant service

Danny was absolutely fantastic! He was very helpful and friendly from start to finish. He made sure everything ran smoothly and went out of his way to make the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible for me as a customer. Highly recommend his service—thank you, Danny!

This company does not deserve your…

This company does not deserve your business. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. Please avoid using this company.

Any reviews you see on Comparer Parking seem fake, so do not hand over your valuable car to them. I travel regularly and have experience with many airport parking companies, but this one is by far the worst.

I strongly recommend finding an alternative. Please do not use this company. 🙏
