Purchased glasses back at the start of…

Purchased glasses back at the start of June. We’re a few delays, as to be expected with COVID-19. Never received glasses, as they “couldn’t be delivered, returned to sender”, yet did not even enter my state. Emailed customer service and they sent out another pair. Same thing happened with the courier. I therefore emailed back and let them know what had happened and asked for a refund as a couple of months had gone by without receiving my purchased glasses and I no longer required them, and paid a reasonable amount for them. Was denied a refund and was told that they could send another pair out. I understand that the delivery issue was a courier problem, but I believe that I am entitled to a refund as I never received the item I paid for. I no longer require the glasses.

My order has said ordered placed for almost two weeks. I’ve ordered other things from further away and they have been here! Honestly disappointed.

What a JOKE

This company is pathetic. They’re even getting their own people to comment on here with good reviews haha what a joke lol stop being so obvious Kanturo we know it’s you reviewing “good reviews”

Do not buy from this company, the blue light doesn’t reflect at all “30% reflecting off blue light” SHUT UP. If you’re improving your glasses and sending automatic stupid comments then don’t sell s*** ones AT ALL. Better to shut your company down bin all your glasses then come back and sell real quality glasses. You should label glasses before selling it “these DO NOT reflect blue light at all, they’re cheap plastic lenses for show only” try captioning that before customers waste their time on your company. Fed up with your bull.s responses.

Please be advised that all of our glasses are previously tested before shipping and they do protect 30% of the blue light as per our website. You may do the test with the laser yourself if you like.

If the glasses do not work for you - in terms of headaches - maybe the source of this issue is something else. And if so, you may return the glasses to us for a full refund.

We are currently working to improve our glasses quality as well as adding new features and models to our website as we grow.

They’re lucky enough to give them 1…

They’re lucky enough to give them 1 star. Terrible customer service. I ordered mine for like 18 days ago but i just found out that they haven't send my order. I emailed them already but they will reply an automated copy paste reply. Totally rubbish company dont buy from them. And still dont get my refund.

Do not buy from them!

I ordered two glasses and I received a confirmation e-mail that the order went through. Three weeks have passed and my order still has not been sent. I sent the company two e-mails, direct messages on Instagram and commented on their Instagram post about my order.

No answer to any of my messages and noticed that they deleted my comment which had multiple comments from other people complaining as well.

Absolutely horrible company, would not recommend anyone to make a purchase from them.

Very disappointed. I have just received my anti blue light…

I have just received my anti blue light glasses from Kanturo. The lens are scratched and appear to be just plastic lens and not appear to reflect blue light at all. Very disappointed in the quality and packaging of this product and would not recommend.
I see from reviews that a standard email is sent saying there are better products coming thus acknowledging their product needs improvement. However what about the customers who have bought defective products from this company? I see no reference to refund?

Horrible service

Horrible service, I have ordered a month ago but the item isn't dispatcef yet. I contacted through emails, Instagram and what not and have no response. And now seeing other reviews for the quality of glasses I wonder I don't even want the product I just want the money back.

A new outbreak of covid19 was reported in the city surroundings of our fulfillment center. Therefore, they shut down everything for people's safety. BAD BAD BAD

Probably the first company that made easy money from me.

Never again am I ever buying from here, shocking product. Cheap ordinary plastic lenses. It doesn’t work at all.

I find it fascinating how these people lured me in with their commercials. Good way to trick people well done 👍

Scam

Advertising is very smart, it made me believe these glasses were actually the real deal.

Long story short, PLEASE DO NOT BUY. Very cheap quality and I feel no difference wearing them. They’re plastics lenses with scratches on them and you’re better off going to a $2 shop. Kanturo needs to stop with false advertisement and start telling customers the truth.

I’ve also had three friends telling me the same thing when their glasses arrived a few days ago, they just binned it.

Horrible quality

Horrible quality, does not reflect the blue light at all. This company is a fraud and should be reported to the police. Frames are budget and lenses are plastic. Please consider buying elsewhere. I’m so disappointed because I paid over 50nz. People commenting good post about them is probably their own company.

I will never buy from here again. Fake

Spots on the glasses

I absolutely love the frame! But I agree with the other reviews regarding the quality of the lenses. When I put them on for the first time, I already had the idea the glasses had some dust on it, it annoyed me a bit. I tried to clean them with the attached towel and with water and soap, but that didn't work out as well. My lenses are still not clear, which causes me a headache. Therefore, I will not use them as much as I initially hoped.

Cheap, how much blue spectrum do they actually block?

Recently got these glasses and glad I got them on sale as the lenses are plastic and although the glasses are cute, they do appear cheap.
I wonder how much blue light they actually block. They should be open and publish a statement on their website.
