Very good glasses, minor downside
These glasses arrived in a decent time frame and they came perfectly fine. So far they seem to work well and they feel nice and stable. They feel light and fold well. The downside is the case is very small and feels like your going to scratch them. I would recommend another case but it's a minor issue.

Cheap glasses and rude support team
They deleted all of my comments on isntagram that i posted after they ignored me, left me on read instead of responding to my email or instagram message and blocked me when i posted this exact same comment i am posting here😠 the glasses are sooo cheap looking and are hurting my eyes, not worth even a dollar. I orderd two of the same style and they look totally different. Also unresponding and rude team, that instead of helping me with my problem like they should, they rather ignore and delete comments and messages! Would not recommend even to my worse enemy.
And no i will not change my review, because if I wouldnt write it you would still ignore me! I did get my money back for one of the glasses, but it took many bad reviews and comments before they decided to reach me back (am still blocked on the instagram page).

These are fantastic
These are fantastic, i suffer from headaches at work due to lighting. These glasses have helped so much. Really reasonably priced, fit great. So glad i got them. Definately reccommend you get some

These blue light glasses are not only super cute but they’ve saved my eyes and brain!! Helped me so much with headaches and screen fatigue, I wear them every day, and I always get compliments on them! :)

I ordered these glasses hoping they would be here for some of my online experience. However after ordering and emailing the customer service ( which replied very quickly) they told me it would take 20 days and 12 more for delays due to covid. But here I am now over that time frame by nearly a week and Yunexpress giving me faulty updates for eg something happened on the 3/3 when today was only 2/3. I genuinely hope I get them as they have been "in the couriers van" for 5 days. Update!!! They finally came today after more delays. Love the glasses they are sturdy and came with a leather case and wipe. Update! The glasses are effective and help me with my eyes and headaches Glasses 10 process 1

Order being shipped from China
Placed my order over a month ago and only last week is it being shipped from China! So only god knows how much longer it will take to get here. When I emailed them a few weeks back regarding the delay they said that their warehouse team were on their annual holidays - in China obviously. I believed this was an Irish company as the postal address is in Ireland - would not have ordered if I knew I was going to get an Aliexpress knockoff. Have posted this on their Instagram page and so did another girl but they keep deleting the comments which is a really bad sign of a company. Lesson learnt though do your research before buying!
On a side note they did issue me with a 30% refund on my €40 glasses - but no wonder they did when it costs €2 for them on a white label product!

Bad Quality and Service
Slow shipping, bad customer service. Glasses arrived with fingerprints on the lens and the frame has no weight, feels like super cheap plastic. Not recommended at all!

I have never left a bad review on anything in my life but this company is just beyond ridiculous. I ordered two pairs of blue light glasses on the 31st of January. It’s been a whole month and absolutely no sign of them. I completely understand that there are delays but this is ridiculous. I’ve been constantly tracking my order and it has just not been good enough. It was originally delivered to the wrong depot and I was told it would be delivered the next working day. That was 12 days ago. I was then told it would be another 4-10 days. I am still waiting. Customer service is appalling. I have tried emailing numerous times over the entire month of February and have yet to receive a reply. So overall would really not recommend. UPDATE received a reply telling my contact the courier so I did. The courier has told me that my order had been sent back to Kanturo. What an absolute joke of a company. Please if you value you your money DO NOT ORDER !!!

Long delivery, annoyed support, flimsy
Long delivery times and when asked for an update found the support quite annoyed by my question and suggestions. Glasses themselves arrived and feel flimsy. Not what I would have expected given the price.

Following the order I received an email confirmation. I waited for the follow up email to tell me when the order would ship. I never got it.
I knew about the delays (8-20 days shipping time). I ordered on Jan 28 and hadn't heard whether my item shipped by Feb 14. Ultimately, it arrived Feb 22.
While waiting, I received a couple of marketing mails each week telling me to buy a pair of glasses. All I thought was - have you shipped mine? Why am I not getting an update on my paid order?
I thought I'd contact support. I received a relatively speedy answer with an update. My mistake was to reply to this and let you guys know that I hadn't received the email to tell me that the ordered shipped. The response to that was what I'm referring to above, annoyance by my suggestion. After all, the system had sent the email how can I suggest otherwise... So that broke the experience for me.
In terms of the glasses themselves, having used them now for a week, they work. I'm very happy to report that :-) Yet, the frame feels filmsy and I had to tighten screws. So when I now see ads for glasses at half the price...well, I wonder as you can imagine whether this was worth it.
