Good, but could be better
Enjoyed the live classes and thought the instructors were invaluable and knowledgeable. However, I did not like the self-paced content. Software is antiquated and not helpful. Would like to see Kaplan upgrade their systems to reflect more modern test prep companies.

The experience with Kaplan review was very rewarding and informative. The instructor was knowledgeable, compationate, and very helpful on all levels. I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up for this prep class, but I am so happy that I did. I learned so much and also gained confidence in the test taking skills that were taught. I really feel this program is a great tool in helping move towards the final steps of my nursing education and passing the NCLEX.

Michael is great!
Our instructor was great! He was very well-informed and helped us apply the decision tree, practice questions, and also gave us a lot of useful tips. My biggest complaint is that I feel it fell in a weird time with the rest of our Kaplan course, such as where we were with the Kaplan guarantee. I would just ask for more clarification to be given to our professors beforehand so that we can be properly prepared.

Worth it!
Kaplan and their instructor were much more helpful in preparing for the NCLEX than the other methods I’ve used and what was provided through the nursing program. I take the board exam in less than a month and can't wait to pass it on the first try successfully.

Not accurate score predictability
The company provided good feedback on the GRE analytical writing.
However, I came to the conclusion that my scores from the Kaplan’s test were much different than the actual exam.
The Kaplan’s tests did NOT provide an accurate predicted test score for the actual GRE.
For example, in the analytical writing section, i averaged a score of 5.0-5.5. However, on the test, i scored a 4.5 (?) Even though I wrote a better essay than the one from Kaplan (I was expecting at least a 5.5 score actually).
Also on Verbal I was averaging 158 while on the test i got a very low score of 150. And the difference was not much significant on the Quant section.
I would NOT recommend Kaplan for people preparing for the GRE.

Excellent Test Prep for FINRA and NASAA
As someone who didn't have much financial experience Kaplan was the perfect choice for my test prep. I used them for the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66. I passed all three on the first try. Although there a definitely some quirks, Kaplan over prepared me for each exam and I felt confident that I knew the material being tested. It is for sure worth the price to get the LEM and the Qbank. Anyone who is considering taking any FINRA or NASAA Exams should use Kaplan for their test prep.

I liked the design of the course
I liked the design of the course. I liked all of the different materials available. I liked how the questions were very similar to the NCLEX, and I really liked the in person classroom days that was extremely beneficial to me.
