Who are we? It’s a tricky question when people ask who we are. We’d like to give them the same sentence each time: “We are a company that sells low priced luggage, backpacks, handbags, purses and accessories”. Unfortunately by the time we’ve finished, people have usually fallen asleep. Anyway, we’ll give you the shorter version, it’s more poetic: “We’re saving the world from overpriced luggage”. When we’re not saving the world, we’re making sure that everyone who buys from us is left feeling content with their choice. We’re not going to give the whole ‘The customer is always right’ speech, but without our customers we wouldn’t be here, so they’ll always be our priority. Anyway, that’s enough about who we are. To see why you should buy from us, by all means please read on. Why Karabar? It’s as easy as 1, 2, and 3. 1. Great service How do we give a great service? Well, we stock most of the products ourselves, so they’re ready to leave our warehouse straight away. Your order is hand-picked; we haven’t advanced to fancy robots just yet. This allows us to check for any errors, pack it with a barrel of love, place some protective airbags in the box, ready for you to pop and scare people as-and-when. This whole process is usually done on the same day; nothing stops us at Karabar HQ. Not even a mere cold can dampen our work flow. 2. Low prices How on earth are they so low? Simple really, we cut the importer, the wholesaler, the sales reps, and every other person in between so that we can do it ourselves. We even have our own dedicated design team. Not only can we make quality items for less this way, we think it’s only fair that you should pay less too. Because we like to brag about our low prices, we show you what they could have been sold for at recommend retail price. We like to break convention. 3. Outstanding customer support It doesn’t matter if you’re thinking about buying from us, about to buy from us, in the middle of buying from us, or just bought from us, we’re here to help. We know every other company will give you that kind of statement so what else is new? Well for starters we’re open from 9am-5pm every day; you can reach us by live chat, email or phone call between those hours. You can even contact us by post if that’s your thing? If it’s delivered by horseback we’ll probably give you a free item. Guess what else we have? A free-phone number for landlines, none of that 0845 nonsense! Ultimately, we’d like our customers to treat us like friends and vice versa. We’ll try and give you a great experience from online store to door.

Face Masks
I ordered the pack of three very pretty facemasks and am extremely disappointed. They are very thin and almost see through. They are definitely not fit for purpose so I am returning them today.

Very good Customer Service
Karabar Customer Services was very good. But very disappointed by the courier company Hermes, which they used to deliver my order, which did not arrive in time. I would not hesitate to purchase from Karabar in future if they used a different courier company.

Excellent bag to hold sports equipment.
I needed a bag for check in luggage that could hold a long skateboard. Found the perfect one just over a metre long. Bought direct from Karabar as was £10 cheaper than through Amazon. Very speedy delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Brought two sets of light weight suit…
Brought two sets of light weight suit cases with a 10 year guarantee, one set in black and the other in purple, my husband & I take 2 holiday a year and 3 weekends away in a year,
On our last holiday my light weight suit case in purple was giving me trouble in pulling it along, once I got home, in side at the bottom of my case was broken, and one wheel was very loose, I contact the company, sent photos of my case, as this had a 10 year guarantee even thou I have brought these case 7 years ago, and they were great, apart from when wheeling them on all four wheels, this was very disappointing. Heard back from the company to say that I have put something sharp in my suit case, and this is why it had broken, which is a load of rubbish, very disappointing out come, will not be buying off this company again.

I ordered a shopping trolley online and it arrived about 2 days later, so very impressed with the service. Unfortunately, the product was rather on the small side for my requirements, but I will keep it as it can be used for smaller shops.

Halden Shopping Trolley: Pros &Cons
CONS: The delivery packaging wasn’t very good. The hard plastic covered board that goes in the bottom of the shopping trolley was scratched and broken so I recovered it myself.
PROS: The delivery was excellent...it arrived the next day even though I hadn’t paid for next day delivery. The shopping trolley itself is very lightweight and pulls along with no problem. Wouldn’t hold a full weekly shop but if it did it would need to be bigger and therefore would be bulkier and heavier so I am happy it’s a smaller size shopping trolley.
