we have not received our order
we have not received our order - it is stuck at DHL delivery room. I spoke to your customer services operator yesterday and was told the complaint would be escalated by yourselves but as yet i have heard nothing , either from Karaca or DHL . Please sort this out or replace the missing order or refund our money.

I ordered the mastermaid chef pro which I paid £120 for, I did not even use this once. I tried using it for some cupcakes I was making but the machine just wasn’t working as there must have been some faulty issue with the product so I spoke to them and told them this. I was told that they couldn’t help me as the warranty period had ended. Extremely disappointed because I couldn’t even use this product once and I paid £120 for it they didn’t even try and have a look into it. Will not recommend this company to anyone and will most definitely not be ordering anything from them every again!

Great Product! Uses very little oil and easy maintenance. Loved the fact that there is no harmful materials such as Teflon and does not stick like stainless steel!

Broken items and no resolution
Ordered dinner set, 3 items arrived smashed. I have emailed 3 times and submitted a “broken parts request” form and not one person has acknowledged or actioned it.
The dinner set is actually quite nice hence the two stars but the customer service is poor and so is the packaging and delivery of the sets.
