Poor quality and poor customer service
I recently purchased two dinner sets from Karaca. Everything seemed okay and I was ready to leave a 5 star review given how nice the dinner sets were, however, I have had to change my mind now!
Whilst all the advertising and details for the dinner set stated that they were dishwasher safe, after running them in the dishwasher once, they have all changed colour (and all changed slightly different shades so none match).
I contacted Karaca about this and originally they offered to replace the sets, which would have been great as i didnt have any other dinnerware to use. After a number of emails, they just sent me a returns slip and said that instead i had to return the sets for a refund - which wasnt exactly ideal as that would leave me with no actual dinnerware to use.
I even contacted them about maybe a partial refund if they refused to replace the dinner sets but since have ignored my emails and chasers - which has been really poor customer service hence the 1 star review.

Problem with handles
The quality of pans/pots is great... BUT... every single handle becomes wobbly or falls off over time. I have a few pans/pots, and in most of them this problem occurs. Such a shame.....

Poor service and error in sending the order
I ordered a XL teapot and kettle and I was send a L size instead, an error which happened in the warehouse I assum. I had to call to process a refund to be able to reorder another one. They dealt with the matter swiftly.

I baught 2 frying pans 28th december. Bth3 quality of the pans where awful. They are stained. Everything just super sticks with normal use. I am in the process with getting on touch with karaca as i want too return them. Only used a couple of times. Ihighly dont recommend as the quality is no good.

I don’t normally spent time to write reviews in all honestly but I really had to share my Cusotmer Supprt Expirience I received today over the phone.
I called the UK Costumer services phone line today and I was very pleased with the Customer Service Help that I received.
UK Customer services representative Mr Berk not only helped me answer my queries but he went above and beyond to try and assist me with my questions and information about location and branches in the UK etc.
His professionalism, politeness and dedication to assisting and supporting me as a customer is EXACTLY HOW A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SHOULD BE.

Quick action to replace the broken piece
I purchased a dinner set last week and one plate came broken during the delivery. I filled up a form and the plate (even 2 plates) was sent back to me within a week, very well packaged, double bubble wrapped etc. I am so happy that my issue was resolved very quickly. Great customer service and of course great quality products.
