These bags are not worth even half the reduced price that is stated. They are cheap; feel and look like vinyl, not leather. I doubt that they are made in the USA; Probably from China. I am trying to return the two that I bought. If a deal looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Karen bags is a SCAM

Karen bags is a SCAM. False advertisement that the purses are leather but so far from it. The brown one I ordered was cloth, not leather and the black one is pleather. No way to communicate with anyone. No phone number. Please do not order anything from this site, it's all lies. I am so embarrassed.

Received my order in a USPS plastic wrap. Placed my order over 3 weeks ago. Charge went through on my credit card immediately. Reported to my bank.
Product arrived today. inferior to what was expected. Advertised leather and it definitely is not
leather, perhaps "pleather" or maybe something else.
No way to contact Co. . No Customer service, no phone!
I Do not recommend a purchase from this company.

False Representation on Website

The quality of these bags is not what is shown on the Karen's Bags website. It is very poor, cheap looking leather, in fact, not sure it is even leather. Looks more like fake "pleather". They arrive in large mailer envelopes, no boxes, and are not protected well for shipping. I feel like I have been totally scammed by this company. Do not purchase from this company.

Fake! Fake! Fake!

All these 5 star reviews on this site are false as well as Karen's Bags. The site is practically the same as Claire's Jewelry (check the reviews for it on trust pilot). They just did a plug and play with both sites and even left the word jewelry (from the Claire site) on the Karen site when they meant to use the word leather. Don't fall for this scam. Everything about it is fake, fake, fake!!

Do not expect to receive what you order!

I should know not to order things from these pop-up ads but the bags looked really beautiful so the problem is they sent me the wrong bags two of them so I contacted them to say I'd like to exchange them for the proper bag they say that I have to send the bags back to China and that I have to pay for them. This is hard for me to do since it was their mistake in sending me the incorrect bag they have no computation about it. The shipping to China is outrageous and I did not know I was ordering from China so anyway, I wouldn't get caught up in the allure of the bags because the bags are okay but you can get better bags at TJ Maxx

AI Generated Scam

This is transparently bad. All the images on the site are AI generated, and the address is fake, as removing one 0 from it just leads to a big box fabric factory. Also incredibly scummy because I'd imagine people who get this ad would just buy it without looking further.

This is a foreign scam!

All of the 1 star reviews of this scam are true. I fell for it even though I noted the pictures to be AI generated. The bag I ordered is exactly as described previously. Cheap synthetic material poorly machine made. It took almost 4 weeks to arrive. I've decided to use the one I ordered to carry small tools. Not worth my time to create a fraud report. My CC monthly bill shows payment to a domain in "HK" (Hong Kong). I still get promos from "Karen" and have also gotten one from a man, "Robert" I think. Same format and spiel. My advice is to avoid ordering any product and to delete the site immediately.

Karens bags total scam

Karens bags total scam. They advertise as beautiful handcrafted leather bags from US.
Instead bags come from China. I received my order recently..cheap vinyl/ plastic machine made product. Very disappointing. The costs involved to return bag would be $55 aud..hardly worth it. Supposed to be getting 20% refund.

This is a scam!! Be aware. Don't fall for it,

This is a scam. I ordered 5 items from them. Should have known better that the offer was too good to be true. They purport to be from USA selling a sob story that the founder and creator is retiring. They purport to be leather bags each made with love and care, one of a kind, blah, blah, blah. In reality they are based in China are offering some cheap, PVC, looking bags, poor finishing that are a far cry from what they purport to be in their marketing spill, description and pictures. BE AWARE!! DON'T FALL FOR IT!!.

A transparent scam

This company is definitely running a scam, which I fell for. As other reviewers have noted, the bags are not handmade one off pieces & Karen isn't retiring as she doesn't exist. The business isn't based in USA but in China. The bags are mass produced, horribly cheap looking plastic. The zips don't work & the bag smells awful. The 'returns policy' is
clearly designed to make it impossible to return items. I normally would never fall for such a transparent con so be warned! My credit card company was fantastic. I sent in photos & documents to them & they refunded my money within 12 hours.

DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY KAREN'S BAGS

The only reason they get 1 star is because a review cannot be written with less.
They are based out of China and not a US company as alluded to.
The product is not leather, it is cheap vinyl.
And to add insult to injury, not only was I scammed for the product (the one time I didn't read reviews prior to purchasing) but they also tried to commit fraud with my credit card. Stay away from this company

Scam, Scam, Scam

I wanted this bag so bad. I waited for the price to be lowered. Then I saw it was almost half off and I paid for it. Biggest scam I have ever seen. You ought to see the bag that they sent me. Somebody had to do something about these people. And they are buying reviews.

Product NOT leather

The "leather" bag that was advertised is a cheap vinyl that was made and shipped in China It is NOT at all as pictured or as written in the description of the bag
When wanting to return it has to be returned to China or a 20% refund to keep it would cost more to send back Very unhappy and disappointed with this false advertisement and quality of their product
